Went for my birthday dinner. Service was impeccable! Waiters were friendly and attentive without being intrusive. Food was outstanding. Salad was delicious and the bread was the best I’ve had in many many years. I had a chicken and crab entree with penne and a white wine sauce. This was our first time and we will definitely be back.

The very best Italian restaurant in SJ is Graziano's. 5.5 out of 5 stars. Every time. No matter what the order is...apps, main course, dessert, drinks... all beyond great. Tonight it was mussels in a white sauce with crumbled blue cheese, the veal Capri and the ol reliable, Chicken Pizzuto with Chicken Cutlet, Crabmeat, Penne, and Carmelized Onion in a Slightly Spicy Sherry Cream sauce.

This was my first time here, but my wife has been here many times. She has wanted to bring me here for a while, so we had a last minute date night and I was overjoyed with the ambiance, the service and yes, the most delish food ever! We started with the stuffed mushrooms, WOW - a must! The salad with the extra provolone - spend the $1 for the provolone, well worth it!
