We had Grilly Cheese cater our employee appreciation event, and they absolutely crushed it. The food truck was a huge hit with our staff and the grilled cheese sandwiches were next level. Everything was hot, fresh, and served quickly despite a large crowd.
The team was professional, friendly, and clearly knows how to run a smooth event. It was the perfect mix of great food and great vibes, and it made our appreciation event feel genuinely special rather than just another work function.

I’m extremely disappointed with Grilly Cheese's service at our event today. Despite confirming details multiple times in the weeks leading up, they showed up unprepared—without enough propane and with no clear idea of the menu. To make matters worse, the staff didn’t have supplies for items like tomato soup that were supposed to be served, nor was there a menu posted for guests to order from.
Thankfully, I had arranged for a second truck, or half of my staff wouldn’t have been fed. What frustrated me even more was the lack of communication from management. No one from the company reached out to inform me of the issues; instead, I had to rely on one of the workers to explain what went wrong.
For a business that claims to specialize in events, this was an unprofessional experience. I would not recommend them based on today's service.

Every year when we invite them, people ask “are you having that amazing food truck again?” They (and WE) LOVE it! It is the easiest party ever… the GC team is fabulous.
