Fantastic bagels!! My family and I stopped in for breakfast, everything was delicious! And so many snacks and candy for the kids! Highly recommend!

They charge people more then the posted prices. On everything from your food to the chips. Be careful they will scam you especially all the little kids that go in there and don’t check the prices.

There was hair in my bagel, lettuce in my bagel and sesame seeds on my PLAIN bagel

This place has gone downhill since the rebrand. 18 minute wait for 3 bagels with cream cheese in a largely empty shop. 1 of the 3 was wrong. TVs were all turned off. And instead of music playing the speakers it was the sound of someone clicking an iPhone and texting. The shop’s phone also rang off the hook without an employee answering.

UPDATE: waited 30+ minutes for food on 2/8, another customer came back in with our order saying the shop had given them the wrong one, bag was crumpled up as if it had been in the garbage of the other customer’s home, and the girl at the front desk just handed it to me. I just left at that point and threw the food out. I’m pretty sure it’s against Dept. of Health regulations to give me food that has been in another customer’s car and house. It should have been remade.

Very clean place, good food, good service. if they are busy, it might take awhile to get your order. Also, a bit disappointed on the price for a bagel with egg and cheese with tomato and lettuce with small coffee for total of 11.75. 2 visits, same price. In Hamilton, 2 locations, same order at 7.50. Don’t get it. I call it life :).

This has been our favorite bagel place for the last year- we go multiple times per week. Quality has changed significantly in the last couple weeks, the bagels are much smaller. We loved them since they were so big and doughy, and are so disappointed in the change!

I have been coming to Chesterfield Bagels multiple times a week and over a year now. The bagels are excellent but since new management took over and switched bagels to being made in the back, service has went down considerably. You ask for a bagel to be toasted, or light on butter/cream cheese and they just make it however they feel like. At least with the bagels being made up front it gave the customer the opportunity to correct what the server was doing. The staff is extremely friendly but they don't pay any attention to what the customer is asking for.

Mikey’s bagels were amazing but the new ownership has ruined it. Bagels are small and dense instead of light and fluffy. Please bring back Mikey’s!
