The female manager was very helpful and professional -had a great experience at Burger King! The food came out fresh, hot, and just the way I ordered it. What really made my visit stand out was the manager — an absolute sweetheart. They were welcoming, patient, and made sure everything was perfect from start to finish. You can tell they really care about the customers and the crew.
Definitely one of the best Burger King locations I’ve been to. I’ll be coming back! 🍔

On 11/26/2025 at 5 in the afternoon, I’ve had a bad experience. I ordered my food at the drive thru and was attended by a specific woman who had a rude attitude. When I drove up to the window, she insulted me and started cussing at me for no reason. People like that shouldn’t work there. It has left a bad reputation and I’m not going back there again. I wouldn’t recommend this place.

I'm sorry to say that the atmosphere here is terrible I always go there because before there was a manager who was super friendly but I went this day 10/26/2025 and in the first place I was asking for an order by drive through and the manager there started yelling at me in a bad way when I received the food there was a hair in the sandwich I will never eat here again 🤮

Anna the manager has excellent communication and customer service skills and the food was great!!!
We ordered two bacon burger meals. Neither came with bacon. Both were sloppy AF like a high school drop out made them by throwing it against a wall.
Fries were uncooked. Fortunately we have an air fryer.
On top of that, Uber driver took 25 minutes to drive our food 1.2 miles up the street. (They took a long stop at Wawa) So everything was cold/watered down.
Food service in this area is horrible and BK is part of the problem.
At these prices you can go to a steak house and get a real chef made burger made exactly to your order.
