We ordered two bacon burger meals. Neither came with bacon. Both were sloppy AF like a high school drop out made them by throwing it against a wall.
Fries were uncooked. Fortunately we have an air fryer.
On top of that, Uber driver took 25 minutes to drive our food 1.2 miles up the street. (They took a long stop at Wawa) So everything was cold/watered down.
Food service in this area is horrible and BK is part of the problem.
At these prices you can go to a steak house and get a real chef made burger made exactly to your order.

This Burger King has the friendliest staff around. They are polite and nice. They also provide freshly-made items, with French fries always hot. I often use coupons published in mailbox giveaways for my orders which really make the whole experience affordable.

Ordered unsweetened ice tea got a coke. Ordered onion rings got fries in the bag. Surprised I got the correct sandwich. Very disappointing. Should it be that difficult when I was the only person at the drive through.

I went through drive through on 11/16/2024 #25295 ordered my food order#69. The short guy was getting my order The tall skinny guy kept on telling him to hurry up he has a customer that was behind me. I requested a bag with handles Tall guy gave me my food i ask if everything was in there yes but handed me the mozzaralla sticks when I got home. No sauces and no onion rings large that I ordered. This make me very mad when you pay for stuff and don't get it. Tall guy needs to be trained when you have a customer in line waiting for the order. you wait till it's complete.

The team members at this store location have horrible customer service. And when asked how much one meal costs they kept repeating the total of the entire order causing a hold up. When I received the food the fries were covered in so much salt and the burger was made as if an animal was going to eat it. So frustrating.

I ordered two of the five dollar Whopper Junior meals one with cheese extra onion the other one no tomato they messed up the sandwiches to the point where I had to go back in and have them remake it it was absolutely horrible I will never go there again and then the kid at the window acted like it was my fault that they screwed up my order
