A very rude and unprofessional Uber Eats driver intentionally delivered my order to the wrong address because he couldn’t find my house. I called Chick-fil-A to explain what happened, and a very kind employee answered, apologized, and even called me back to ask if the manager could personally bring my order. I’m 6 months pregnant and was really craving a milkshake lol and the manager went out of her way to deliver it to me. Truly amazing customer service!

Honestly disappointed Everytime I go, the chicken doesn't taste fresh, like it was just sitting, and I was given the wrong order as well, order an 8 count just to get a 5 count nugget in a box that doesn't even look the same as the normal one.

Was excited about a Chickfila opening so close to my house, but have been significantly disappointed every time I go. I’ve given this location a fair amount of chances (out of convenience), but at this point will take the longer drive to the next nearest Chickfila. If the order is not messed up or something is not forgotten (9/10 this is the situation), then the food itself tastes below average. The service continues to be very delayed even if there is no one else in line. I am a top customer of Chickfila and can confidently say this is my least favorite I have been to so far. Hopefully it gets better with time?

It seems like the set up for mobile pick up orders is extremely flawed. Once you pull up and scan a QR code in a designated lane, you then drive around to a queue of cars who are also picking up mobile deliveries.
When you placed the order is irrelevant, you’re in the back of the line. Even if your order comes out first, you have to wait for every car in front of you to pick up. Makes no sense.
Good service otherwise and the line doesn’t take TOO long.

Terrible setup on the parking lot and walk up window. What are they going to do when its 20 degrees out? Not every customer has a vehicle that fits in the drive through.
