A very rude and unprofessional Uber Eats driver intentionally delivered my order to the wrong address because he couldn’t find my house. I called Chick-fil-A to explain what happened, and a very kind employee answered, apologized, and even called me back to ask if the manager could personally bring my order. I’m 6 months pregnant and was really craving a milkshake lol and the manager went out of her way to deliver it to me. Truly amazing customer service!
It seems like the set up for mobile pick up orders is extremely flawed. Once you pull up and scan a QR code in a designated lane, you then drive around to a queue of cars who are also picking up mobile deliveries.
When you placed the order is irrelevant, you’re in the back of the line. Even if your order comes out first, you have to wait for every car in front of you to pick up. Makes no sense.

My boyfriend and I were cruising on 130 and stumbled upon the Chick Fil A in Cinnaminson, NJ. We were greeted by a beautiful and kind young lady named Yaesmin. I applaud her for standing outside taking orders in the wet weather tonight. Her smile really made our night. Shout out to Yaesmin!❤️
