I love coming here. The customer service is always good. They are always really nice. My only complaint is they packed my stuff so much that after I ate it all I can’t move haha! By far my favorite Chipotle!

Employees have no idea how to run the place. Food is always backed up, line service is missing cohesiveness and communication, they ALWAYS change the pay acceptance. No cash, cash allowed, credit only, no bills over $50, now we don't take $100s, just kidding we take everything, but we don't have a manager to check your cash so we look around dumbfounded and are rude to the customers for their lack of communication and service. Do better D-Team.

my 2 experiences at this location had a decently packed burrito. I don’t trust any other chipotle because they usually suck. I only go here because it’s local. Pancheros, ma and pas tex mex or moes is better.

Update, last time in was the same as every chipotle, small and not wrapped right and falling apart.

First time at this location and will be coming back. Went for a dine and donate event and was impressed with how the staff handled the long long and the time to order was very short.

I walked in to pick up my door dash order and the guy helped me very quickly.

$36 for tacos and a bowl, bottom of bag ripped out before I could walk in my front door. Returned to the store, no comp, no discount.
I’ve been in the service industry all my life, I rarely ask for free stuff, but come on.
Replacement bowl $16. $52 total plus the extra trip back to the store for a lunch for two.
Doubt I’ll be back anytime soon.
The bowl I received was not up to recent standards. Maybe they had a bad day but it left me unsatisfied for the 30 dollars we spent

Nasty people work here. This location doesn’t deserve anyones business. I ordered a chicken quesadilla and they put no chicken in it. When I returned it back (super hangry btw) and asked for a refund, they give me nasty face saying they can’t give me my money back and I have to call some random number because I ordered online. YES I ordered online because you force everyone to order quesadillas online only!!

Out of stock and Didn’t have most critical ingredients like lettuce, so it’s not even filled, so I asked for more of other ingredients, but manager who was serving gave an attitude and said would have to charge more. Bad service bad attitude, my impression of chipotle is getting worse and worse

They were polite but rushed me out. Without giving me an receipt. Ordered the Chipotle Honey Bowl then was 30 mins later experienced cramps and very watery diarrhea

The restaurant was super dirty. The line where they prep the food was super dirty and they didn’t even have all the veggies and stuff out and it was barely o o’clock. Everytime I go here it’s kids with no sense ruining your food. Find another chipotle folks and skip this one.
