I placed an online order and they sent me an empty cup. which itself is absurd that employee and delivery driver didn't question an empty cup. but they there was zero way to call the store. i had Chopotle's general customer service call the store for me with me on the line and someone picked up and prompty hung the phone up. So we called again and no one answers for over 20 minutes. So we basically had to give up. Absolutely ridiculous way for a store to behave and will not return as future business and I dont recommend anyone else does either.Edit: lol at the auto reply that tells me to go through the customer service link that I mentioned i already tried, who tried their hardest to help but the store would never get in touch with us.

I visited the establishment to sample the highly acclaimed chicken al pastor offering. Upon reaching the front of the line, I observed several changes in the personnel preparing my order. When I requested corn as an accompaniment to my meal, the order process appeared to cease. This was disappointing, but even more so was the fact that a significant portion of my bowl did not match the rest in terms of content. I am uncertain as to why certain customers received larger portions than I did. Moving forward, I may consider alternative locations to ensure proper order completion and consistent portion sizes.

Every time I come to this location, there's no chips! I don't understand how you can be out of them all hours of the day. There was 7 employees there, no reason to not have chips. And everyone is miserable and barely look or speak to you, but all speak to each other. Do better. Never coming back to this location. I'll stick with the one on Haddonfield road.

The workers need to be trained better. They weren't forthcoming with ANY information on a BOGO burrito offer. I asked about it at the beginning of the line and all they could tell me was yes it is bogo. When I got to the end of the line I was charged for both because I didn't have a scan that would have been sent to my email. I asked before I ordered! Go to the Chipotle in moorestown it surpasses this store. I wish I would have read the reviews first. And they were out of steak. And I went for a steak burrito. Won't be back.

The ingredients are fresh, and the staff who prepare the food are friendly and efficient. In fact, I give a big shoutout to the Chipotle team here for their excellent customer service! They're always very welcoming and helpful when taking orders.However, it seems like they might be understaffed. Every time I visit, many tables are left dirty with leftover food and used utensils. This can make it difficult to find a clean space to sit and enjoy your meal.I understand staffing can be tough, but if Chipotle could address this issue, it would significantly improve the overall dining experience. More staff would likely lead to cleaner tables and a more comfortable environment for everyone.Despite the cleanliness issue, I'll definitely be back for the delicious food and friendly service. Hopefully, next time there will be a clean table waiting.

This place does not have it together, this is the worst chipotle that I have been to, try to avoid if possible. Workers are rude and the service is VERY slow. I placed a mobile order waited the 20 minutes it said, walked in, they served all the guests who came in and didn't work on mobile orders until the line was gone which took an hour extra. In total I waited 1hr and 20mins for 2 burrito bowls.

there should be no reason that every time I come here I cant get chips with my food. Every time i ask they say they are out of chips for walk ins but online still has chips. They say they are done making chips because everything is being cleaned for the night. why is everything being cleaning and no more food being made at 8??? idk. The workers have a idc attitude and really made me online order while standing right in front of them for some chips. Can’t wait for the other location…
