Customer service at the Ciinnaminson location is terrible. We were spending well over 100 bucks a week for our family, but not anymore..After waiting over 45 mins, I called back to find out where our order was, they hung up on me. the food was good! the driver didn't give the sauce that my husband ordered so he called the store. The person on the phone actually was going back and forth with my hubby saying we got it. well 20 mins later the driver did come back with his sauce. he dropped in the bag. person on the phone was ignorant! LEARN SOME CUSTOMER SERVICE !!!
Is this place all a sudden under new management? We order from here all the time the pizzas took a rapid decline. Not the same taste and made very very poorly. I ordered 5 different pizzas tonight. Starting with the bacon toppings the few pieces of bacon were like rocks then onto the green peppers and pineapple pizza. Those are the toppings my wife and I get on our pizza. Domino's Pizza has improved their quality, no longer tasting like cardboard. The friendly staff is a plus, but there are delays in service. One exceptional older chef stands out for making the best well-done pizza. Despite inconsistencies in other branches, this one in Central Jersey is worth revisiting for his skill.
