Crazy busy here, BUT when I use the app to order ahead, I'm usually in & out! Just be careful, traffic is pretty heavy in the mornings!
Parking: Mornings are hectic! Small parking lot with a lot of traffic can be difficult at times.
My new go to . The dd local to me always tries to give you a stale bagel,they heat it like that's going to make it fresh again. This location is pretty good, bagels and donuts are usually fresh. My only gripe is that after you order,it takes them an awful long time to get my coffee to me. They seem to take care of the drive thru first.

I used the drive thru so atmosphere was not really ratable. Only a 4 for service because I could not hear the employee. It was a combination of his rapid mumbling and the loud highway noises. Anyway, I just went through on a prayer. Lo and behold, order was perfect! Coffee was outstanding. My Boston cream was pristine. All good.

This place is terrible and their attitude and service sucks. Worst Dunkin Donuts ever they should be shut down. They’re a disgrace. My kid and neighbors kid also went in there and went to buy something and sit down they harassed him to the point of throwing him out and he has a disability they were yelling at him to get out and that he’s not allowed in there. Even though he bought something. Told him if he wants to sit and eat to go to Bagelati next door. If I ever saw you touch my kid and threaten to call the police and he’s a quiet kid just like the kid your staff member attacked and threatened to call the police, if I was there I would have you call the police so I can press child abuse charges on you for attacking a kid with a disability on top of everything you did and said to my kid and his friend. Attacking kids with special needs, who are just trying to have a normal day is what they do.

This Dunkin is the best in the area. The 3 near me in Burlington have almost never made my drink right. 9/10 times they will mess it up. The younger white girl was very accommodating when my card wasn’t working and let me have my drink free , later fixed the card issue and came back and paid. Other Dunkin’s in the area can learn from this one. They do a very good job. Corporate better recognize this!
