Ordered through Slice app at 5:15pm. Called the first time at 7. Store manager said 5-10 mins. Called back at 7:30 pm and manager said was taken to the wrong address. File with Slice for refund and they would send out the order free of charge as he would make it as soon as we got off the phone. 9pm now and nothing. I’ve stood up for this store when others have bashed them on township pages, always tip welllll above what we should. They lost my business for good.
Food was never delivered. Was told it would be 40 minutes. 2 hours and multiple follow ups being told it would be here in a few minutes I got told that he was just a few minutes away (we live 6 minutes from them) and I could keep the food and not worry about paying for it. It is now almost 10pm and it’s still not here.
Edit- owner reached out to me today about the issue. I really did appreciate that.
