We have enjoyed visiting Kung Fu Tea since this location opened. The tea is very good, and my family loves the onigiri. We are discovering, though, that the onigiri has been getting smaller. The wraps no longer seem full. We understand they don't sell many and have to make a profit, but we would rather them raise their prices a little than pack them with smaller amounts of rice. They are a special treat for our family, and it has recently been disappointing to see them shrink. Please bring them back to the original size!

Extremely clean and welcoming. The staff is always nice and the drink quality is always top notch. Prices are decent and the atmosphere is very relaxed. Their guava black tea with bubbles and their coco lava slush are my top drinks.

Kung Fu Tea in general isn’t great, but I really don’t recommend this one in particular. Both times I have gone, I’ve had to deal with an incredibly rude and condescending barista. I get that some people have bad days, but this is more of a “some people just shouldn’t work customer service” situation. Luckily, we have many legitimate boba tea places in the area, so just skip this one.

I love the winter melon drinks. So far all the drinks are very good. They have good selection of snack such as onigiri, macarons, and other snacks. My kids enjoy coming here and spend some time hanging out. I highly recommend!!!

So good that I had to review it twice

We visit this store once or twice a week, and each time we buy more than a dozen cups, and at least five cups. Today I was very angry. I went to buy milk tea and told the clerk that I only wanted milk tea without pearls, and she said okay. When I got my drink, I found that there were a lot of pearls and other things in it. I asked the clerk to replace it for me. They just took out the pearls for me and did not replace them with new ones. I asked for new ones but they asked me to pay extra. money. This kind of service attitude is really bad. I don’t know how the boss trained me. I won’t patronize him again in the future.

When we got home the bag ripped and spilled all of our bubble teas and they were nice enough to make more for us!! I truly appreciate that! We love these drinks! I just noticed that you can leave a tip I will make sure to leave a tip next time!!

The owners are awesome! They are friendly and clearly care about their store. The staff is nice and super patient when asked questions. The store is very clean. My favorites are the passionfruit green tea and white grape punch.
