Due to holidays, I've been here more then I'd like to admit. 4xs in last two weeks and not one of those orders were correct.
When you call (we do drive thru) it just rings and rings.
Not great to spend money and not get what you order. Is there any quality control here?

The workers are friendly and aim to please. Everything was great except for the restaurant temperature. It was cold! We needed to keep our coats on to keep from freezing. You can't enjoy your meal it's so uncomfortable. Come on guys! You're forcing us to go elsewhere!

It’s been years since i’ve had mcdonalds and i remember why. This tiny sandwich is $5.00. And half of it was unedible and rock hard. They forgot our drink. Go to chic fila, same price but edible.

1 sandwich ordered the steak and cheese bagel -drive thru- folks are great, but this sandwich was awful yuck threw it away

The fish sandwiches were super good, hot and crispy as were the fries. The lady at the register was there immediately to take our order, and a young man checked with us midway to be sure all was well with our meal. We do choose this particular establishment often because of their great service and super food especially the fish sandwiches.

Bro in the drive thru acted like the sauce was coming out of his little paycheck! I had a mobile order with my selection on it, theres no reason why you should have an attitude for something that could have been avoided had you just paid attention to my order.

Tried to order the kids happy meal with an extra toy because I have two toddlers who are going to eat zero food and will fight over one toy. The manager was aggressively rude in telling me no. Drove one mile down the street to Delran and it was NO problem. 🤷🏼♀️

Very disrespectful unprofessional crew I experienced this morning by talking to one person behind the register. Also made the necessary calls to corporate and emails to higher levels.

I was deeply disappointed with the service at the McDonald’s in Cinnaminson. I was there with my children, and one of them is autistic and has severe food selectivity. He does not eat the Happy Meal, but I’ve purchased the toy separately many times before — and I can prove it.
This time, I asked to buy the meal he actually eats (which costs twice as much as a Happy Meal) and simply include the toy. I clearly explained the situation and made it obvious this was a legitimate exception involving a child with autism, but the staff still refused to accommodate.
It showed a complete lack of empathy and preparedness to serve families with special needs.
I honestly hope my children grow out of wanting to eat at places like this just for the toy — it only ends in frustration.
McDonald’s, you urgently need to revisit policies like this and provide proper training for staff to handle special situations with basic human understanding.
Preparation of the food was horrible. I ordered two meals and received one sprite when I was supposed to have 2. I asked for my second sprite they guy literally looked into my car like I was lying about it to see if I had it and 4 people came to the drive through window being nosey about it like trying to guard the other medium sprite I ordered like it was a brand new Rolex sitting on the curb in Kensington. Only thing good that happened was I ordered on the mobile app incorrectly for in store pick up and he said I could just come through for it after I gave him my order number 5 times but maybe their different than drive thru I don’t know. Very inexperienced slop there.

This McDonald’s honestly looked like all the workers were under the influence or being forced to work at gunpoint. They seemed completely out of it—like they didn’t understand anything. No straws, no napkins, and despite having around ten people working, the service was unbelievably slow.”
