Tried to order the kids happy meal with an extra toy because I have two toddlers who are going to eat zero food and will fight over one toy. The manager was aggressively rude in telling me no. Drove one mile down the street to Delran and it was NO problem. 🤷🏼♀️

I was deeply disappointed with the service at the McDonald’s in Cinnaminson. I was there with my children, and one of them is autistic and has severe food selectivity. He does not eat the Happy Meal, but I’ve purchased the toy separately many times before — and I can prove it.
This time, I asked to buy the meal he actually eats (which costs twice as much as a Happy Meal) and simply include the toy. I clearly explained the situation and made it obvious this was a legitimate exception involving a child with autism, but the staff still refused to accommodate.
It showed a complete lack of empathy and preparedness to serve families with special needs.
I honestly hope my children grow out of wanting to eat at places like this just for the toy — it only ends in frustration.
McDonald’s, you urgently need to revisit policies like this and provide proper training for staff to handle special situations with basic human understanding.

Preparation of the food was horrible. I ordered two meals and received one sprite when I was supposed to have 2. I asked for my second sprite they guy literally looked into my car like I was lying about it to see if I had it and 4 people came to the drive through window being nosey about it like trying to guard the other medium sprite I ordered like it was a brand new Rolex sitting on the curb in Kensington. Only thing good that happened was I ordered on the mobile app incorrectly for in store pick up and he said I could just come through for it after I gave him my order number 5 times but maybe their different than drive thru I don’t know. Very inexperienced slop there.

The manager Cimery would not honor a meal i placed and gave me a hard time over food I paid for and customer service was terrible
I gotta say, the McDonald's in Cinnaminson consistently hits the spot. The food is always fresh, and they're pretty quick, even during the lunch rush. What really stands out, though, is the service. I was there the other day, and this lady was totally losing it on one of the workers, cursing and yelling about her order. The worker stayed so calm and professional, just trying to fix the situation. It was seriously impressive. Plus, the place is always clean, which is a big deal for a fast-food spot. Definitely my go-to when I need a quick and reliable meal!

What can I say that you don’t already know about one of America’s longest running fast food chains? I think when you hear the name McDonald’s you will automatically think of your favorite meal there because you’ve most likely eaten at McDonald’s more than a few times in your life… It sells comfort and familiarity with fast service and I think people enjoy still coming to McDonald’s is because they know what to expect. This McDonald’s for instance is a very organized, clean, speedy, and has delicious food here always, along with its workers always greeting you with a big smile so of course you’ll come back for more at this McDonald’s location in particular! 😊
Workers are incompetent. When I order extra or something additional, I'd expect those with my order. Fries were undercooked as well. Wasted time and money at this McDonald's. Deleted the app and will not be coming back to McDonald's in general.
