We went today to celebrate a baptism with a party of 8 adults and 2 children (in high chairs). From the get go, the waitress seemed annoyed. She took our drink order then brought them out, minus one drink. She said she would bring the missing drink over, which she did not do. She took the food order and again was asked to bring the drink that was missing. It took another reminder for her to bring it out with the soups, 15 minutes after taking the drink order. Then the food came out….several meals were incorrect and others were just plain cold, and one meal did not come out with the other food. The meal that was delayed was not brought out until most of us had finished our meals. One meal was sent back because it was not provided as ordered, and one meal was short an added meat. The meat never came out. At no time did the waitress ask if we wanted refills on our drinks, and several requests for additional napkins were ignored. In reviewing our visit, it is not as if she was overwhelmed as she was only serving two other booths with 2 persons at each table.
Lastly, upon paying the bill we asked to speak with the manager. When these concerns were raised, the only thing the manager could utter was a very benign “I’m sorry”. We weren’t looking for anything for free so please don’t misunderstand, I think we just expected a little emotion in her response.
We frequent this and another Pandora quite often and have never had such experiences. I can only say we will not be returning to the Cinnaminson location again.

Food almost always consistently good to excellent. This time Buffalo wrap could use much improvement. Piping Hot Chicken wrapped with wilted mushy lettuce and soggy wrap wasn't great. Recommend cold grilled or blackened chicken tossed in buffalo sauce. Not everything can be a specialty when so many options. Reuben and Chicken Parm highly recommended.

I've never been, so I looked forward to being invited by my friend. We were close to the 3pm cutoff for lunch, so we opted for dinner.
Good Heavens. Pages and pages of menu options. Many with numbers beside them. My friend chose the pork loin menu, a soup starter, with roast potatoes and spinach. I chose fish and chips, with salad. While we waited a fabulous array of corn cake snd spice cake squares, and dinner rolls, with some warm, frothy butter arrived for us. What a relief not to have to struggle with miniscule cold butter units.
We saw other platters fly by, and the portions were enormous. The soup looked fine, and my salad was impeccably chilled and dry, crisp, and dressing on the side. The salad was large and varied. Excellent.
The entrees were most satisfactory. My friend had what looked like four boneless pork chops with bread dressing. For many, that could feed four people. A plate of roast potatoes, and a plate of sateed spinach, too. My fish and chips were four good-sized pieces of crispy fish sharing the platter with a heap of crispy fries.
Dessert was included. Chocolate ice cream and a small slice of cake of the day.
This was the Pandora on Route 130. Everything was wonderful. Our waitress was unforgettably good, service Excellent, and food, outstanding.

My daughter and I went because we wanted diner food and my daughter likes to go here after parties. I was very disappointed. The waitress was nonattentive to us, yet perky and attentive toward the folks behind us. The wait for our food was long. Then, half of it was cold and the other half tasteless. I ordered fried seafood. Couldn't even chew some of it. The string beans were cold and the roasted potatoes, were not.

Good place to eat but some of the other customers were a bit too interested in my wife. If you are not a regular, you probably won't be all that comfy. Unless you volunteer as a fire man or are police.

Hi Lerman I called & asked for you to call me...since you are the owner No call; Therefore I'm leaving an update Joey Host is DISRESPECTFUL Alana; user unfriendly; gives you no reason i knew the owner and I called the other restaurant and you know, was you asking me to call them she didn't, so I'm just going to leave a review and you know, the food school so they have a good chef, so at least but I ordered I like this was called Marilyn Maryland Marlowe crab salmon and like Maryland crab top, which makes the salmon real moist, but I ordered the number 23 and the waiter cause he was so new and inexperienced. I to. Ld him what I was ordering and you see what number is that I said 23 was actually 24, but because he know what the hell he was doing, I get just a plain piece of salmon with the hollandaise sauce on it. I'm like, oh, so the girl who's really experienced. Waitress there, Sierra's and then she goes and talks to a lot and I says, I'm not the same price, you know. So so I'm leaving, you know a 2 star, because the food was good. The manager was Alana. And she was the one who didn't want to do anything waitress Sierra she's really good and she said, you know, I'll get your crab meat and go talk with the manager and manager said no, but she knows like this girl she's a new manager, yeah, and and but you know she was never like never somebody like. Oh I have to go back because you know, they they treat you great. The manager who did treat me great, she's going and her name was Lexi, and she's going. And so for the new one Alanah, I just like never had like if she was, if the food wasn't good. No reason to go back to see her.
