I just ordered chicken and rice and i usually order from them but idk what happened to the chicken portion this time l..used to be chicken all over the rice

Well they no longer have the rustic chicken and broccoli so they lost our business 😒 the girl who answered the phone was unfriendly. And the last time we were in the girls at the register didn’t acknowledge us waiting to be help for a pick up order…they just continued chatting then someone came out from the back and noticed us and helped get our order. Not impressed with their customer service skills anymore.

Ordered a normal cheeseburger added avocado got charged $5 for it and it comes black! They made a new burger to deliver to me took 40 minutes and the 2nd burger had another BLACK AVOCADO! Absolutely ridiculous and the burger tased like crap! It was dry hard no flavor. I will never eat here again. So sick of getting overcharged for poor quality & no resolution

Pat’s has been a staple for our house for years. The #1 pick for both my wife and I are the Wally salads. I’m not a huge salad person but I would choose this any day. Everything tastes fresh.
The Chipotle chicken flatbread is also really great. That chipotle sauce drizzled over it takes it to the next level.
They also have great wraps. My favorite are the Southwest Chicken wrap and the Caesar Chicken Wrap.
I definitely don’t want to end this without mentioning their house-made chips. My wife and I had loved them since we started ordering and we’re excited that they’re finally available as a separate side.
