Today was my first time visiting this place (3rd time having these bowls!!!! I’m HOOKED), decided to give a try even though it’s only 4.2 stars and I’m very big on stars ⭐️. This place is very CLEAN!!! Staff could’ve been a little more welcoming, maybe threw some suggestions and a smile around. Prices are good as well as the portion of food…..however I don’t like how my tuna looks, could be just me! The other two times were at 2 different establishments and the tuna looked the same…idk maybe it’s me, I CANNOT EAT IT, it has a smell to it and I don’t like the color….maybe it’s just me… Also all the reviews I seen were OLD, maybe times changed

This was my first time at this location but I have been to other Poké Bro’s locations. The food area was very clean and organized. The ingredients themselves had good taste. The two stars are mainly from the service I received. I came in on Sunday after church and needed some lunch. The person taking my order wasn’t very enthusiastic and wasn’t welcoming. I understand Sunday’s can be slow but I could’ve at least been greeted. When I ordered asked if I could order an extra protein since I had got the marinated tuna and also wanted an extra serving of the spicy salmon. She assumed I wanted more of the tuna - that was my fault when I should’ve clearly asked for extra salmon. But the lady picked out the tuna and put it back into its container. This was a little alarming because it was already in my bowl. The other thing is the portions I received seemed to look like half portions even when i asked for extra. I also paid extra for these additions as well as some additional toppings that cost extra. I was just disappointed because I could’ve went anywhere else but wanted to give this location a try. Most likely won’t return.

I ordered a poke bowl from this location and was really disappointed. One of the ingredients was wrong—they gave me white rice instead of sushi rice—and two other ingredients were missing altogether. The rice they did give was clumped together like it had been sitting out for a while, making the entire dish incredibly dry. I ended up taking it home and trying to fix it myself. Poke bowls are my favorite, and I usually order them every other week from another local spot, so I was excited to try this place since it’s closer to home. Unfortunately, I definitely regret that choice and won’t be returning. I tried to resolve the issue directly with the store, but unfortunately, they were unable to provide a solution.

Best Poke Bowl place I have visited so far. You can pick out bowls from a menu or what I do is make your own. Theres enough options to make things interesting, prices are very fair and its a nice quiet place. If your into Poke Bowls you will certainly appreciate this place!

I’ve ordered from here several times and never had a problem. I ordered a bowl around 11:30 today with marinated tuna and spicy salmon and I have severe food poisoning. The bowl is all I ate today so I am POSITIVE this is what has made me sick. I started feeling nauseous soon after eating and am now to the point of vomiting. Never eating here again and warning the rest of my office to stay away.

Very stingy with the seafood! I ordered the duke for 15 dollars they scooped the salmon tuna and shrimp with a small shallow spoon which the lady refused to even fill up. Literally got 4 small cubes of tuna 5 cubes of salmon and 7 pieces of shrimp not 7 shrimp but small pieces of shrimp???!!!! Never been to a place this stingy

I ordered a make your own bowl for delivery and it was yummy! I appreciated the easily accessible gluten free options. I could have used a bit more chicken and less rice but overall it was very filling and delicious.
