Employees were great. Got a chicken sandwich and wasn’t that good. Should’ve just stuck with my go to hoagie.

Just picked up a couple of hoagies at Primos in Cinnaminson. The most horrible experience. The food quality anymore is less than marginal, but the people working there are just rude and not very helpful. With the prices you pay for Primo hoagies food you should be given Primo service and at the cinnamon and location, You definitely are not given Primo service. horrible experience! Rude and unhelpful staff. I will never go back again. That’s one thing I’ve learned in life, you have choices and to make better choices the next time when you have an experience like I had. Wawa would be a much better choice.

These hoagies are great, I love the bread, the cold cuts and other products that are great. My issue is with the people who make the sandwich. I’ve been to a few Primo’s, they are all expensive but worth it when they get the order right. I hate oregano and I almost always get my sandwich with oregano, oil and vinegar, I don’t like it because it makes the bread soggy. However , this time my hoagie had no onions and no mayo. Thank God they didn’t put oregano in it. Maybe pay attention to detail and it would be the best.

They changed their sandwiches dramatically. They never answered when I inquired about the changes. The corned beef tasted like ham and the filling was half of what it used to be. The only thing that was the same was the seeded roll. I was very dissapointed and they did not care.

I always get a great and amazing sandwich or wrap from this location. The staff is always upbeat and helpful. I always enjoy my turkey diablo wrap or sub from here. Highly recommended. ?

Clean facility. Prompt greeting and service. Reasonable price for a 1/4 pound of Cappacola ( which is all I bought) Was ordered over the phone and ready in 10 minutes as promised ( during non-peak hours ).
Worst hoagies I’ve ever had and horrible disrespectful employees. I overheard another employee call the kid serving me Logan. I ordered an Italian with extra lettuce and the hoagie had little to no lettuce on it. The meat was dry and he forgot the spices. I also order a 2 liter of coke. The kid Logan handed it to me from behind the counter instead of the fridge and it was clearly opened. When I left I heard him mumbling profanities under his breath and I saw him take the 5 dollar bill I put into the tip jar and pocket it.

I get a low carb wrap all the time, with whatever I feel like eating. I usually get ham and cheese or the tuna Diablo. They are satisfying, and they are clean . Friendly environment.

We ordered a large itialian hoagie and pepper shooters. It was 40$. Thats kinda high. But I had good hopes. The sandwich looked beautiful, but had no taste. None. Not even with mayo, oil and vinegar, salt and pepper. Very odd. Maybe it was a fluke. Ill try again in the
