Rita's Italian Ice & Frozen Custard

Went to this location for the first time this week and received the saddest looking large sundae I’ve ever seen. So bad, I ordered a pint to go to make up for the lack of ice cream in the sundae that melted before we got home. The staff of hs kids could care less. Disappointing.

I recently visited Rita's and had the pleasure of being served by Ava. She was absolutely amazing! From the moment I walked in, her warm smile and friendly demeanor made me feel welcome. Ava was knowledgeable about the menu and helped me pick out the perfect flavor combination. Her recommendations were spot on, and the way she prepared my order was impressive. The service was quick, and she made sure everything was just right. I left with a big smile and will definitely be coming back! Ava truly deserves a 5-star review for her outstanding service at Rita's!

I love autumn and I wanted to try the flavor of pumpkins and it was the most horrible thing I have ever eaten in my entire life, it had no flavor and the cookies were too sweet, every bite felt like I was eating a spoonful of sugar. Horrible, I don't recommend it.

Decided to stop recently for a cool treat to beat this nasty heat! I asked the young man, Mason what he would suggest as I was in a custard and candy mood. He informed me that Rita’s had some of the best cookie dough. So I took his suggestion and got vanilla custard with cookie dough pieces. He was right! Great cookie dough and you can’t beat their vanilla custard! Thank you for the help, Mason!
