Rita's Italian Ice & Frozen Custard

I love autumn and I wanted to try the flavor of pumpkins and it was the most horrible thing I have ever eaten in my entire life, it had no flavor and the cookies were too sweet, every bite felt like I was eating a spoonful of sugar. Horrible, I don't recommend it.

Decided to stop recently for a cool treat to beat this nasty heat! I asked the young man, Mason what he would suggest as I was in a custard and candy mood. He informed me that Rita’s had some of the best cookie dough. So I took his suggestion and got vanilla custard with cookie dough pieces. He was right! Great cookie dough and you can’t beat their vanilla custard! Thank you for the help, Mason!

The line can often be super long, but that's a good sign. I've been going to this Rita's for some years, and they never mess up. I get the lemon water ice with vanilla ice cream galati. Plus, a cup of sprinkles.

DO NOT GO TO THIS RITAS! They gave me the tiniest cup of vanilla custard (the lid didn’t even touch the top of the custard) and charged me for a large. When I asked about the size, they said this was normal sized. I go to this Rita’s multiple times a week and I’ve never gotten a large this small. Then, for a dollar more I could have gotten a pint, so when I asked for the refund, I was told the couldn’t refund it. Do not go here, as you are being cheated on portion sized. It was a young white male working and refusing to change the portion size.

I like the place however my only concern is that there was like a peanut butter chip or smt peanut butter in my vanilla ice blender. I’m thankfully not allergic but that was a bit of a dangerous mistake if someone was allergic!

I love Rita’s. Unfortunately this location chooses to start breaking down equipment 20-30 minutes prior to the store closing for the night. Today I stood in line for 15 minutes watching as 3 other staff scurried in the back cleaning, leaving only 1 person at the order window and by the time it was my turn to order the item requested by my pregnant wife (she was not happy when I returned home empty handed) was not available because they “were not blending for the rest of the night.” If the store closes at 9 it closes at 9. Not 8:30, not 8:45, not 8:55.

Alyce and Chris were working tonight and they were great! Alyce took my order and she was such a pleasure! Chris took my friends order and they were both great and their ice cream swirls were fantastic! Absolutely delicious! Alyce also got me a mango sample and it was great! I will be ordering that next time! Thanks Chris and Alyce!!!!!!!!!!

Great place to get ice cream/ water ice, tons of flavors and toppings. Also friendly employees, great customer service. I recently went and met an awesome employee named Angel, what a nice big guy :) thank you, I’ll be coming back

Went to rita’s tonight got the best customer service ever! Joe, Chris, and angel are the best employees i’ve seen at rita’s in a while. Amazing service and great kids.
