I've noticed that there are quite a few negative reviews for this Sam's Club... This is my local club and I've never had a problem with the staff here and they are always friendly and helpful... I go here for many different items from food to glasses... Plus members get quite a few discounts and a possibility to get money back at your next membership renewal... Also if you wear glasses you get a 20 percent off your purchase...

This is just your run of the mill Sam's club, they don't always have all the express lanes open and lines are seem pretty long which is annoying. Also I've only been to customer service twice but both times were very slow. They just started this new scan and go line with the app that I saw when I was there so I just downloaded and I'm excited to try that to see if that can get me out faster. If you're not a member the gas is cheaper
