Disappointed with the quality of the bowls I ordered. Go coconuts is my go to, I always buy at least 2and is always prepared perfectly at this location. However the teenage boy that made them on my last visit did not create the bowl as it is usually made. The ingredients were there but they were scarce and the Nutella was scooped and plopped in the middle and the bowls were just under half filled.

Don't want to know how dirty your things were I could smell the mildew. Let alone from behind the counter you could see the old lids cover with it. I can only imagine there back of house. Don't get anything with juice there spout looked like the had straight mold inside and around the edges.

Male employee 7:30pm on 2/27 had hickeys on both sides of his neck, made the orders of three people who came in after my wife and I and was mildly rude. Not crazy rude, just enough for it to be annoying. Dude had pink hair and a bandana on if anyone cares to look out for him. Great smoothie tho.

Just went in and the new employee Marc was so professional . He made me the best smoothie that I ever had. He is really good at what he does and seems like an excellent bonus to the smoothie king franchise. I will be back at this location.

Do not go here! There is a major pricing problem at this location. I order a 44 oz banana boat all the time at this location, and they have been charging me $10.69 for THREE MONTHS. Today, I came in at the drive thru and was promptly told that my smoothie is $11.40. I showed her the receipt that I got from 12/15/2024 showing I paid $10.69 (not even a week ago!). I asked to speak to a manager, and the manager came and told me no, the smoothie is $11.40. I came into the store, showed him the receipt showing not even last week's date requesting that I have the smoothie that I have been getting for months at the price of $10.69. There is no tax on food in the state of NJ. On this day the store for whatever reason wanted to charge me $0.71 tax. They have never charged me $0.71 tax. I have been paying $10.69. I told the manager why am I not being issued an apology or a courtesy one last 44 oz banana boat. It is your fault for not charging me tax. For MONTHS! That is YOUR MISTAKE. Own up to it! He denied me service and didn't own up to his mistake. I called corporate demanding an investigation. I have never been more disrespected in my life. I have credit card statements going back months showing a $10.69 fee. I literally have the receipt from not even a week ago showing that the total price of the smoothie was $10.69. In fact, if you go on the smoothie king website and order a 44 oz banana smoothie, the price comes up $11.44 not $11.40 that the manager was telling me to pay today. Who is coming up with these fake prices at the store? I pay $10.69 for my 44 oz banana boat. It doesn't surprise me that the workers there pick and choose who gets a receipt. If you want a receipt, you have to ask for one. And the value of your receipt from this establishment is apparently worth nothing because when you show them your receipt for your smoothie, they will call you a liar. I have credit card statements from them stating I paid $10.69. I have been coming here for months paying $10.69. I have never been disrespected like this before in my life. The manager didn't own up to his mistakes. I was treated very disrespectfully. It is not my fault that you made a mistake. You own up to it and apologize. You do not leave the customer empty handed. I will never go to this place again, and I hope this place gets audited for fraud.

I had to share an experience I had at your store last night that left me feeling disappointed and frustrated. I believe it’s important to bring this to your attention for future improvement.
At around 8:54 p.m., I arrived at the store, knowing it was close to closing time but still within the posted hours. I was eager to grab my usual "meal replacement" smoothie before heading to my evening cardio session.
When I got to the door, I noticed the "open" sign wasn’t lit, and the door was locked. However, I saw a female associate near the drive-thru register, and it seemed like we made eye contact. I knocked on the door and asked if the store was still open, but she didn’t respond.
Wanting to clarify, I walked around to the drive-thru area and saw the associate counting the till. I asked again, "Is the store open?" She yelled, "Closed," in a dismissive tone, then grabbed the till, turned off the front lights, and walked toward the back.
I was extremely disappointed by this interaction. Not only was I still within operating hours, but the dismissive and unprofessional response was disheartening. I’ve always had great experiences at Smoothie King locations, especially in PA where I currently live. I make a point to visit this location because it’s near the exercise location I frequent, but this experience left me reconsidering.
