Very upset with my service, I ordered 3 meals and I got 2 of them the 3rd I was missing my sandwich and I live 25min away I realized it was missing when I got home, really don’t feel like wasting gas/money to go back and get it. They need to double check before giving the customers their food.

If I could give it negative stars, I would. This place deserves the lowest ranking possible. I was driving on route 130 one night and I decided to stop at this sonic since I haven’t stopped at a sonic in a long time. When I pulled up to the drive thru, it was around 9:30 PM, and the atmosphere was dark, creepy, and sketchy. And there was only one other car in the parking lot. It honest made it look like it wasn’t a safe environment. When I pulled up to the speaker, right away I noticed a major problem. The microphone drive thru speaker is tuned up to the MAX. Way to loud to the point where it hurt my ears every time the person on the other end was talking. Not to mention that half the time I couldn’t understand anything they were saying because of the noise. Eventually I pulled up to the front window. When I got to the window, the worker was extremely rude. (I could tell if it was a he or a she, but if I had to guess it was a she). She didn’t even tell me my total and just stood at the window and gestured for me to give her my card with an annoyed expression. She took it and then went off. Then, a few minutes later, she came back with my card and handed it back to me. But not all of my food was ready when she came back. So, she just handed me my card back and shut the window. She didn’t say something like “it’ll just be a few extra minutes or so” she just straight up shut the window. I then had to wait 10 minutes at the window for my food to come out. And, the entire time while I was waiting, that same worker was just sitting there on her phone. Needless to say, I won’t be coming back to this sonic location again. Poor service, rude workers that need to be fired or retained, and a dark creepy atmosphere that makes you want to run in the other direction. To anyone reading this, DON’T COME HERE!!

This place is a disgrace! Avoid it. Went there today and pretty sure an employee parked their car in the dirve thru to avoid taking customers. They do not care. When you do get service, it takes forever and your food is so overcooked it’s trash. Got a breakfast burrito once with no egg. Just close this place down or put someone in charge who cares because this is just sad at this point.

FIX THE OUTSIDE STALLS!!! It's literally the only thing that makes Sonic special!!! You have a Freddy's about to open next door and are going to lose all your business unless you do a complete overall of your service!

Why doesn't this place care? How come every single fast food place in the area has figured out how to deal with door dash deliveries while servicing in person customers? Why does everyone have to wait in line for 30 minutes or more every time? And even after that, they can't get the order right? Are there any adults involved in the running of this store? Has the owner actually died and a group of high school kids and parolees are trying their darnedest to make is seem like somebody is still running the show when in reality they just leave with the days cash stuffed in their pockets? Somebody needs to answer for this. Does Sonic Corporate know how poorly this store is being managed? Do they even care how sullied the sonic name is due to this one stores impact? Do they even care? Do they know that I can't hear the word "sonic" without me hearing "waiting¿" Is this thing even on??? Please respond with something human and not a banal apology.

Possibly one of the slowest and worst ran fast food joints I’ve ever visited. I am not exaggerating when I say it took over 30 minutes to receive my food in the drive thru. Not to mention they forgot to give me my burger in the combo I ordered. All I had were a drink and sides. Waiting another 30 minutes to have them fix it was not worth it. I will say the food I received was pretty good

Sonic is one of the best kept secrets from me... My first time here, and honestly I forgot that fast food burgers could come out piping hot and fresh. My first time having Sonic fries and tots but it won't be the last. They will definitely be in my regular rotation
