ordered ahead on the app - pulled up to a stall and no one answered the buzzer. Tried to call but the line was constantly busy so I had to go through the busy drive through. Pulled up and they originally didn’t have my order but after giving them my order number they said they did. When I pulled to the window they tried to give me a drink I didn’t order - only kids working there who don’t seem to care about customers at all. Food was cold (because it had been sitting)…was there about an hour for just a burger, hot dog, and 2 drinks. Never going back and would not recommend. They need to just close this location.

Pulled up to ports and hit red button. 8 minutes later I get out of the car and go in. Lady behind counter says drive thru only. I pulled around to the drive thru as the only car and waited a few minutes more and then put my window down in the driving rain for the employee to tell me there are really busy. No ports and no cars in drive thru. DoorDash is priority one. 2 pm Wednesday 4/3 for Sonic’s records. Eating at McDonalds while typing this. 3 kids and myself.

None of their drive in spots work - yet they dont have any signs up so they're leaving their customers in limbo indefinetely outside. A simple note on the screen saying "out of order" or "drive thru only" would have been a commom courtesy. They're phone immediately goes to a busy signal which is especially problematic when you don't have an indoors sit down area because then customers have no way to contact employees or to ask even simple questions. The drive thru service took way too long, but i can forgive a busy restaurant whos short on staff. I can't forgive leaving customers in limbo with no signa and no way to reach staff. Personally, i wouldn't come here again.

This location is a disappointment almost every time. We come here every few weeks due to our storage facility being in the same center - it’s slowly degraded over time, and now you’re lucky to get your food in 20 minutes, and odds are they won’t have something (strawberry for slush, ice cream maker broken, etc). This location really doesn’t match the Sonic brand I’m used to.

I took my granddaughters to this Sonic for the first time. The only thing opened was the drive-thru and not the stalls. The total was a lot cheaper than I expected for the 5 of us. The footlong chili cheese hotdog was really good. Really good service - order was correct.
May have been understaffed at the time I visited. Drive thru was quite a wait and there was only one customer ahead of me and one in the parking spots. I've only had sonic once before and I wasn't impressed by the food. This time was no different. Probably just not my jam.
I actually ordered from home, the fries are really good 10/10, strawberry cheesecake milkshake was oki but I like the homemade whipped cream the best 6.5/10, popcorn chicken is good 7/10 once give a solid 8 but it didn't come with my honey mustard so!
