Just left Starbucks drive through 30 mins ago got home finished my drink and seen something blue in the ice, after I shook it up and took off the lid I pulled out what seems to be a sugar packet, which is weird because I didn’t get any sugars added. Just an ice cinnamon dolce latte with cold foam. I come to this location at least 3 time a week and it’s always something, like on Saturday the girl in the window gave my boyfriend a dirty look and an attitude because I asked for cold foam and they gave me whipped cream instead and he nicely asked for it to be changed but was met with an attitude. I’d understand if it was during peak/rush hours but it wasn’t busy at all. Please be more careful when making someone’s food/drink.

Every Starbucks operates a little differently, & of course it depends on the staff at the time of the visit.. imagine my surprise when I stopped at this location today 03/27/24 at 2:15pm and had the pleasure of ordering from the sweetest people (wish I would have taken note to their names).. pink drink was perfectly perfect, cheese danish was perfectly perfect!! I travel allot for work, I’ve found my go to Starbucks for every area that I cover, this will be my go-to for Burlington??thank you guys for being awesome!!

Around 7:46am on Feb 19th (manager check the cameras) we ordered food from the drive thru. As we were waiting in the short but long wait of a line (which we understood) we were able to see a staff member touching her nose and face often while handling the food and drinks by the window. So we left the line. We will not be returning to this particular Starbucks.Suggestions: have and use hand sanitizer or remove gloves and put new ones on or wash hands especially when by the windows were customers are present or use your forearm when the urge to touch your nose or face.
