As working with customer service unfortunately a lot of us are using the convenience of the app to order and make our time valuable when the employees do not care and take their sweet time and not only that when a coffee take over 15 minutes and I see the coffee seat in there They just told me to turn around again on the drive-through line because they didn’t wanna hold the line is very inconsiderate for working people. I know it’s only coffee, but the coffee is not the problem is the timing that should be considered for their customers. The blonde girl at the drive thru and the girl with green hair they need to be retrained ASAP

Just left Starbucks drive through 30 mins ago got home finished my drink and seen something blue in the ice, after I shook it up and took off the lid I pulled out what seems to be a sugar packet, which is weird because I didn’t get any sugars added. Just an ice cinnamon dolce latte with cold foam. I come to this location at least 3 time a week and it’s always something, like on Saturday the girl in the window gave my boyfriend a dirty look and an attitude because I asked for cold foam and they gave me whipped cream instead and he nicely asked for it to be changed but was met with an attitude. I’d understand if it was during peak/rush hours but it wasn’t busy at all. Please be more careful when making someone’s food/drink.
