We were incredibly disappointed with our experience at The Merion. My bride had booked the wedding of her dreams, and instead of receiving the treatment she deserved, she was treated as an afterthought. During the first look and romantic portraits, she was repeatedly shuffled into an unkempt, storage-filled room. This was not the experience we had anticipated when we chose this venue.
Please be aware that when you book at The Merion, there is a small, shared space where brides frequently cross paths, and multiple weddings are booked on the same night. The venue advertises that this would be handled smoothly and seamlessly, but unfortunately, that was not the case. The entire process was disorganized and disruptive, and it caused significant distress for the bride.
It’s heartbreaking to see the bride so upset on what should have been one of the happiest days of her life. The Merion needs to seriously reevaluate their operations and their promises to brides. This experience was far from what was promised, and it’s a shame.

Emily and Wayne were wonderful to work with and understood our vision for the event. Emily communicated with us and helped with planning leading up to the event, and she was attentive and available the day of, as was Wayne and his team. We look forward to hosting future events with them at the Merion!

When I called to request more information, the person who answered was unhelpful and seemed unsure about what details I was asking for. I mentioned that I wasn’t happy with the way she was speaking to me, and her response was simply "okay," which felt dismissive. As a couple considering this venue for such an important event, the lack of professionalism and customer service left a negative impression. Based on this experience, we have decided to look for a different venue for our wedding.

From the moment we booked, they were there every step of the way, helping us with planning, answering all our questions, and ensuring every detail was just right. On the day itself, Emily McCann managed everything flawlessly, making sure we could simply focus on celebrating. The venue looked stunning, the atmosphere was perfect, and we felt so well cared for. Cocktail hour and the Viennese dessert bar was a huge hit. If you’re looking for a beautiful venue with exceptional service, the Merion and Emily McCann are the best choice!
Our experience for our daughter quinceanera at the Merion was spectacular. Michelle did an amazing job guiding all the way to the magical moment of the event. The entire stuff at the Merion is amazing, very friendly, helpful and respectful. the bartenders (specially many) were so friendly that made us feel like family. I defiantly recommend The Marion to host you special event here.

I can’t recommend this wedding venue enough! The place was absolutely stunning, and the customer service was outstanding from start to finish. The staff went above and beyond to make our day perfect, and I heard so many compliments from guests throughout the entire night about how beautiful everything was. The food was delicious, and the amount of food and desserts they provided was amazing. As a bride, it was such a joy to hear people saying how spectacular the venue was. Every bride should definitely check this place out, it’s truly a dream come true! I can’t thank The Merion staff enough for making our wedding day unforgettable 🤍

Very beautiful wedding venue and extraordinarily roomy reception room for my cousin's ginormous Indian wedding. Indian food tasted very good and there was Pepsi available anytime throughout both the ceremony and reception.
