Worst customer service I’ve experienced in awhile. Order was taken incorrectly and when looking at my receipt questioned it. They then brought me the order and said - oh that’s what we rung up, so here you go! Never offered to fix it or even offer me the coffee we ordered that was never rung up. Basically looked like they had no idea what to do, and never said they were sorry. Last visit there!

I decided to give this location another try. After a difficult drive thru order of coffee with cream/sugar on the side, a muffin with sausage only. Person taking order wasn't understanding the no cheese, no egg . Got to pickup window but wasn't provided with the coffee fixing so I had to ask about them. He then handed me both handfuls of sugar and creamer. I asked for a bag, he tossed several in the bag. I go park to fix the coffee--- there is no stirrer so I had to go inside and a very unpleasant staff ( after waiting at the counter for a bit) said here, take it. 🙄

Ordered a chocolate cruller Ona mobile order for my mom who loves them and they’re so hard to find only to get delivered a plain cruller. I called and they do have the chocolate ones but just messed up my order. Thanks for nothing! Didn’t know it was that hard to follow instructions.

The food is pretty consistent the drinks not so much. When they first opened, it was good but now the service is not good. We have used the drive-thru and inside counter, both fail to provide even average customer service. We will not be returning.

It was late night and I wanted to know about a large cookie catering that I need, the staff helped as much as they could, took my information and had the Manager, Giovanni call me the next morning to see how and what they could do to help with my request.🤗🥰🤩🤩🤩🤩🤩

I had a great experience with Tim Hortons when I went to Canada so I want to go to place near my house Cinnaminson NJ I downloaded app and activate some coupons First, I stepped in to store, nobody pays attention which I understand they must be busy in the morning but I said good morning to them and no response from employees that’s not a good impression of store Second, I was assuming if I buy 6 donuts and use BOGO coupon, I will be charged 5 donuts price so I ordered 1/2 dz donuts then cashier charged me 1/2 dz prices so I explained that but they can’t do that which I don’t understand why not even manager was right next to the cashier Anyway I buy 1/2 dz donuts without using coupon and I want to use free coffee coupon with purchase that is not available also because I didn’t provide coupon at same time when I purchased donuts that is not even a minute ago I have to buy something again to use my coupon I understand there’s rules follow but this is absolutely unacceptable I will not go back to this store again ever
