I spent over $50 something dollars for them to say they won’t refund my money back and they are the ones who made a mistake. I ordered chicken with the bones in on door dash this receipt say exactly what I ordered and I look in the bag and it’s boneless wings. I don’t eat this so this will be my last ordering from there

I’m really disappointed with my recent Wingstop order. The main reason I order from here is for the flavor, and this time they completely missed the mark. My wings came completely unseasoned — no lemon pepper and no hot honey, even though that’s exactly what I ordered. The wings were dry and bland, like they skipped the sauces altogether. It honestly felt like I paid for plain fried chicken. Quality control seems to be slipping, and this experience makes me second-guess ordering from here again. Very frustrating.

Food was putrid, customer service was worse. People that work here are miserable, and the workers mocked me as soon as they turned around back to the kitchen. I had to throw away my wings because it had a disgusting smell and taste. Please don’t waste your time and money going here.

Ordered from here tonight and the order was completely wrong. I called over 20 times to be sent to voicemail every time as if they just took the phone off the hook. This is definitely not my first time having an issue with this wingstop but it will be my last. I hope they shut it down!!

I visit here at least 3x a month. It’s ideal for my family of 4 always on the go! I can’t speak highly enough of the experience each time. Over the last year or so every single time I have been here, they are kind, friendly, and always get the order right. They even honored one of my T-Mobile coupons and explained to me how to use it going forward.

Got home and my order was incorrect .I specifically asked for 7 flats and 3 drums, when I got home I had all drums . If this was not possible I should have been told!! Because of the distance , I didn't drive back however I will not go there again!!!!!😡

Man what an absolutely disappointing experience that just was. I stoped in to pick up food for my nieces and nephew. The place was busy so I can completely excuse a bit of a wait - but 45 minutes for 3 small 3 piece combo meals. Terrible. Customer service was abysmal. No one that works there even remotely looks like they want to be there and no one bothers to speak to a room full of waiting customers about obvious long wait times. We should have checked the bag before we left because we got all the way home and they forgot all the ranch. So not only did we spend nearly $40 on a couple of kids meals they were not even correct. I will never come back here. I wish the owners of this place the best in working this out cause clearly the other ratings tell a very similar story.

This location was ok, food was ok, but I had better at other locations. Employees move around without a sense of urgency, not saying they had to be moving a hundred miles a minute, but service was lackluster.

I didn't receive my order but they took money from my account, when I call the restaurant computer voice said call later and hangup I tried to call them different times but same answer. I think they're scamming people.
