This place has decent food but the service is trash !!! This people will add all kind of charges to your order. I ordered a Cobb salad on their website where it says you can customize your order asking them to replace chicken for shrimp and these fools took off the chicken and then charged me an additional $10 for the shrimp bringing the salad to $29.74 with an online discount. When I asked the lady about the charges her attitude was rude and dismissive saying they don’t remove items . When I mentioned the website has a customize button, she said the site was wrong and they had to call some lady !!! Just rude rude rude !!! The man in the restaurant told her to give me my $10 back ! Horrible customer service! Is this day and age you can patronize people who are dishonest and disrespectful!!!They definitely lost a customer. Buyer be aware !!!!

Miss the old ambiance but still a nice place to come to and sit down for a delicious dinner. Fresh ingredients and their specials never dissapoint. I'm glad they didn't change the menu much from the original owners and the quallity of the dishes and their recipes are still delicious. New owner did her best to uphold the standards and we never had a bad meal there yet 👌

My wife opened an old 50th wedding anniversary card the other day, and a $75 Zio's Gift Card fell out of it. We had accidentally forgotten it was in there. We decided to use it that evening and ran over to Zio's around dinnertime. My wife showed it to the young man at the register, and he informed her that the card was invalid, claiming that the old owners did not transfer the records of outstanding gift cards and that he had no way of determining what was on the card. So if true, we're out $75 because of the transfer of the business ownership. To me, this doesn't seem fair, or even legal.

Just had dinner with my 2 adult daughters. Service and food were awesome. We had 2 of their soups, Antipasta salad, shrimp & asparagus wrapped with prosciutto & 2 pasta dishes that were fantastic. Highly recommend Zio's

Inedible. The bread basket was terrible. I had a bite of the garlic knot and couldn’t tell if it was undercooked, defrosted in the microwave, or stale. The salad was just a pinch of greens, that’s it. I had the eggplant and the cheese was dry and rubbery. The company was good, though, caught up with one of my favorite people.
