I visited this location on Saturday eve around 7pm and I was not happy with the service so I left without placing my order I was turned off by the poor customer service for one the worker didnt look up to even acknowledge me she continue to mop the floor I stood there for about 6min bfore she said o God and took her gloves off I kindly said are yall about to close she answerd me yes thats when I said ok thank you and I left very poor customer service!!

I had an order and went to pick it up. The girl working there bothered me with her displeased attitude. I asked twice but she didn't care. The manager should have talked to her. Maybe she was tired and should have gone home and rested.

I was shocked because i wasn't expecting much from Orange, NJ. The barista put her love, foot, and the whole kitchen sink in my coffee. It was the BEST iced coffee I've ever had. It was so good that I went there 3 weeks ago according to the day I'm writing this review. I STILL remember how good that coffee was.

Came to this store 30 minutes before the closing time but the doors were already locked & employees inside hollering that it was closed.

I recently craved a coffee, extra bacon, egg, and cheese, and a round sweet roll from Dunkin' Donuts, so I placed an order through UberEats, despite literally double the cost. To my dismay, the order arrived missing the extra bacon, cheese, and sweet roll.

When I called the manager, instead of a helpful response, I was met with, "What do you want me to do about it?" and was told to resolve the issue through the app, which was a extremely frustrating experience. The app didn't offer a refund, only a rating for the store. Considering I paid double the usual cost, shouldn't I be treated like VIP?

I will NEVER order here again. I wished I read the reviews on this place, before placing order on UberEats.

In short, my experience was very disappointing, and I advise others to order at their own risk.

Friendly Advice: If you're unhappy with your job, it's not the customer's fault. Consider pursuing further education or training to find a career that brings you more satisfaction. Everyone deserves to work in a role they enjoy. Best of luck!

This store has 2 most turn over. Never the same people working. The people do not seemed trained. They are not aware of what is available. I went to this store one day and asked for a choc covered strawberry med hot coffee. The very next day i went to the same store asked for the same thing and was told they did not have it and never did. WHAT????

Attentive and friendly staff. Accurate and speedy order. There was a variety of donuts, and the one I ordered tasted fresh. Restroom available (but could be better). An employee was mopping while there, but it was clean upon arrival. I was there less than five minutes eating and drinking in the morning.
