I recently craved a coffee, extra bacon, egg, and cheese, and a round sweet roll from Dunkin' Donuts, so I placed an order through UberEats, despite literally double the cost. To my dismay, the order arrived missing the extra bacon, cheese, and sweet roll.
When I called the manager, instead of a helpful response, I was met with, "What do you want me to do about it?" and was told to resolve the issue through the app, which was a extremely frustrating experience. The app didn't offer a refund, only a rating for the store. Considering I paid double the usual cost, shouldn't I be treated like VIP?
I will NEVER order here again. I wished I read the reviews on this place, before placing order on UberEats.
In short, my experience was very disappointing, and I advise others to order at their own risk.
Friendly Advice: If you're unhappy with your job, it's not the customer's fault. Consider pursuing further education or training to find a career that brings you more satisfaction. Everyone deserves to work in a role they enjoy. Best of luck!

This store has 2 most turn over. Never the same people working. The people do not seemed trained. They are not aware of what is available. I went to this store one day and asked for a choc covered strawberry med hot coffee. The very next day i went to the same store asked for the same thing and was told they did not have it and never did. WHAT????

Attentive and friendly staff. Accurate and speedy order. There was a variety of donuts, and the one I ordered tasted fresh. Restroom available (but could be better). An employee was mopping while there, but it was clean upon arrival. I was there less than five minutes eating and drinking in the morning.

I went to Dunkin donuts this morning and the staff member was very rude to me. The staff members are very unprofessional and I don't recommend anyone to go there.
They are really rude. They ignore me on purpose when ı come in to pick up. I called them a few times to ask for my pick up, they didn't answer me even though they hear me obviously. It is not a professional attitude for persons who is working in a Dunkin.

This store needs serious training on BASIC customer service. I usually order through the app and hope that my order is ready when I get there or that the mobile system is even turned on so I can place an order. This location is understaffed during peak hours. So if you go in the mornings be ready to stand in line and prepare for slow service as a result. The guy there in the mornings is just rude. There is just 2 people during the week in the mornings and should be at least 4. This store needs to be evaluated by corporate and some training provided. Maybe they can visit or shadow the 2 stores in West Orange to see how you staff your business and how to treat customers.

If i could give zero star, i would. This is the most unsanitary dunkin donuts around. The lady was making a customer's sandwich and eating at the same time. Using the same gloved hand to stuff food in her mouth and then touch the customer's bagel. She then went to the cash register and tended to customer's while stuffing and chewing food. I hope the health department shut down this location one day as the service is deployable. These people should not be dealing with the public. FYI, where was the manager of this location? Corporate needs to read these reviews and do mistery shopping as the franchise owner is derelict in management of store. All ghetto!!!
