Worst Dunkin I’ve ever been to in my life these workers are rude and they don’t understand anything I was saying scanned a code for a free medium drink and didn’t give me my drink as I was trying to explain to them they kept brushing me off as if there right please get better workers !!!!

Parking: Lots of space! They share a parking lot so its pretty big but u can park anywhere and none of the other stores will bother you

The people is always nice there but the worker who where this day gave me ice instead of the drink which was ridiculous bc the price was kind of expensive just to get ice.
My granddaughter like Dunkin I dont care for it a lot of time the Donuts is not fresh but the service is good

Walked in and there was one customer in front of my who seemed to be having trouble ordering from rude staff himself. After he left, I was left standing unattended for nearly 11 minutes as I watched the only cashier in the building make mobile orders…. I didn’t get annoyed until I realized one lady keep making eye contact with me while she kept doing everything else.. furthermore, another customer walks in and is on the phone not even realizing I’m standing right at the front of the cashier waiting to be helped.. she puts money on the counter and says something in Spanish and a guy comes out of nowhere in a blue shirt (must’ve been a manager) responds to her in Spanish, and takes the money off the counter that she used to purchase her coffee… I went out of my way to tell her I’ve been standing here for over 10 minutes waiting to be helped.. she was understanding and wanted me to go before her, but the man in the blue shirt started making her coffee anyway! Furthermore, she left the establishment with her coffee and instead, I left with an argument instead. STAFF ARE RUDE HERE!!! DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME! There is another location right up the street. Avoid this location at all costs. They need to be re-trained or they shouldn’t be working with customers at all.
