I would happily recommend Garden State Kitchen to any business owner looking to take their food business to the next level, be it baking, catering or niche product. Garden State afforded me the facility and tools to triple my production for my increasing farmers market & holiday business, which would have been impossible to achieve as a cottage baker. The entire facility and all equipment, from the stoves and ovens to refrigerators and mixers, are kept immaculately clean and regularly maintained. Having the flexibility to use both a large baking kitchen and large prep kitchen to bake and package holiday orders was a godsend, as was not having to worry about cleaning countless pans and smallwares, thanks to the wonderful cleaning staff. Working with Kris was a dream—she's a great communicator, responsive to any issues and a huge champion of small businesses. Thanks, GSK!

This space feels like it was transplanted from The Village, LES, or Brooklyn. The front of the building is a sleek renovated garage with glass roll up doors, open concept with lots of beautiful reclaimed wood work. The commercial kitchen is very clean and new. I attended the opening party and was very impressed with the high quality of each of the 4 local food businesses serving. I would definitely attend their next party/ tasting!!
