Went through the drive-thru with the kids for a quick French fry craving. The young lady at the pick-up window thought she was a diva and was acting up. Gave me the wrong order, and when I asked about my fries, she told me rudely to drive up and wait. I did and waited 5 minutes and nothing. She kept looking at me without getting my order ready. I stepped out of my car and walked to the window to inquire about my fries. The next thing I knew, they were just sitting on the counter, and my fries were already cold. I asked about them, and she ignored me and asked someone else to give me the fries. Unbelievable!

Disappointing and Unpleasant Experience
I had a very disappointing experience at this McDonald’s. The location was crowded, not with regular customers, but with homeless individuals and delivery drivers on bicycles. Many of these bikes were inside the restaurant, taking up space that should be reserved for paying customers. The delivery drivers were occupying nearly all the seating areas while waiting for orders, leaving no room for actual customers to sit and enjoy their meals.
The restaurant itself was dirty and poorly maintained. To make matters worse, they didn’t have anything I ordered from the menu. Instead of informing me beforehand, they replaced my items with something else without even asking if it was okay.
This location desperately needs better management to address these issues. It’s not a welcoming place for customers, and I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable, and functional fast-food experience.

I just purchased a double quarter pounder with cheese. When I ordered it I asked them to dress it like a Bigmac. He couldn't understand. I repeated and asked him to dress it like a Bigmac is dressed. No ketchup, no mustard but instead put special sauce, lettuce etc Clueless. No matter how I explained he didn't understand. And they handed me the double quarter pound w/cheese. No lettuce, no special sauce 😤. Not only that he shoved a device toward me. I wasn't sure what he was doing at first. But I realized quickly that he wanted me to take the device and run my card. For some reason that sounded just as ridiculous to me as my dble quarter lb w/cheese dressed up like a Bigmac sounded to him. It felt like the poorest customer service I've received in a long time. I've purchased my double quarter lbs this way, and at this same location but on the earlier shift. And they were able to figure out what I needed. But this guy showed little concern for getting it right. On top of that he showed laziness by handing me the card machine so I could help him do his job.
I love the friendly energy and the way they interact with each customer in my city of orange Keep up the good work management and staff ❤️

The owner or one of the top managers in glasses short lady told the food couriers that spoke little to know English it’s not that cold outside go wait outside very rude about it Very pathetic of a woman who claims ownership of a franchise poisoning the black community please don’t buy anything from there she is rude and very snobbish The staff is great but the higher ups are terrible people who think that junk food is quality service

The ONLY item I go for is an ice cream cone. I’m lactose intolerant and after trying SEVERAL businesses just for this ONE item. McDonald is the winner. Not only I can tolerate and enjoy their Vanilla cone, it’s very tasty and addicting. I don’t know why around 16:00 hrs to 16:30 hrs the two lines at the Drive Thru is packed and barely moving.

I ordered food for my autistic child and a McCafe drink. They made me the wrong order. I asked for a cup of ice so that I can make the best of the situation and it was a problem just to get a cup of ice. I was not begging, I paid money for my meal you messed up my order, now you want me to pay for a cup of ice? Smh. The customer service was ridiculous. The employees had an attitude the whole time.
