Placed a mobile order for drive thru, told the lady at the intercom the code and when I went to pick it up they told me they didn't have it and to come around again or to reorder (I had already payed for it). Mind you the line is long and I already waited 20 minutes to wait another 20 minutes since I had to come around the drive thru again telling them the code. Very unprofessional and unorganized.

I ordered my food thru uber eats and they said someone already picked it up and didn’t deliver it to me and refused to make the order over . I had this order pending for almost a hour ! I called them and they banged on me and when i called back nobody answered. They are very unprofessional and this isn’t the first time this has happened with this restaurant , they are unsanitary.. hairs aren’t put in nets , don’t use gloves and fries are served cold. I work at a mcdonald’s i know the routine & procedure . The store should be shutdown or under new management.
