This is the worse and unprofessional Jamaican restaurant that I ever been the lady who served me was unprofessional and got upset because I went to someone else because every time that I order she gives me a hard time and always shorten my portions today I ordered ten dollars worth of plantains abd that was an argument as well. People need to realize that they are not the only Jamaican restaurant in essex county they are better who has better quality food and better customer service this place is horrible overall I wouldn’t recommend this place anyone

I had the large curry goat meal with cabbage, a kale dish, a pumpkin dish with chickpeas and plantains with a guava groove drink. I’m still eating and thoroughly enjoying every delicious morsel. So good! Pleasantly surprised…ahhh

Food is good but service is terrible. I patronize this establishment often and always receive attitudes from those making my plate. My most recent experience, the lady kept sucking her teeth when I asked questions regarding the menu. I didn’t get to give my full order cause she was rushing me.

I was told that this restaurant had good food but apparently I have be lied to. I came to this restaurant for some jerk chicken but that was scraped when I seen the chicken, I immediately noticed that their jerk chicken is not jerked (grilled) at all! Nope! I seen that the had jerk salmon and stew fish and those looked sad and then I seen the oxtail and I went with those.
So ordered Oxtail meal with rice and peas and cabbage and plantain. I also ordered chicken patty with coco bread with cheese and a beef patty to go.
When I got home to njoy my meal the first thing I tasted was the rice. It tasted like nothing! It had no taste at all the oxtail had more fat then meat under cooked and tuff. The oxtail did not have much of a taste, it did not have that Jamacian flavor that I’m used to. I will never walk back through the door ever again. And my beef patty was burnt to hell as well so they definitely lost one by me! I feed all for that food to my dog and order some Chinese food

The food is too salty for a restaurant that does vegan food please put less seasoning in the food of less salt

Not west Indian or Caribbean something else I can't say other that everyone wants to be Jamaican

I went here for the first time while feeling sick with a sore throat. I woke up wanting chicken soup from a Caribbean place and I’m happy I ended up here. The soup was AMAZING and DELICIOUS. The guy at the counter could tell I wasn’t feeling well and leaned in so he could hear my order- I truly appreciate that. I will be back to get another soup while I recover and try other menu items when I’m feeling better. 10/10 would recommend.

Please sell your drinks and food on Uber eats so we can order delivery

Nice place for patties and smoothies but not the go-to for regular food. The service has improved, but a few years ago, the food was better. Maybe there's a new chef, but food is not as good as it used to be.

What is going with sunsplash? Is the restaurant under new management? The food is no longer edible customer service is scary and answer the phone for God's sake! Been calling for three days to order fruit no one has picked up the phone yet!

I have bought food here 3 times and the amount of oil that is served with it is ridiculous… today will be the last I buy breakfast from them… the oil drained onto my car seat 😡😡😡😡😡

Stay away from the overpriced mushy smashed Ackee and Salty Saltfish with no Saltfish!!! And Oily fried tasteless dumplings. They must have changed chef cause this is not it! For s better tasting quality Ackee And Saltfish go to Alice restaurant up the street! And they sell Ackee and Saltfish as a mini! Never again! And Save your $17.06 on a small. Not worth it!!
