Closed at 2:45am when it’s 24 hours is crazy
Slow service and when you reach drive thru window after you pay you have to back up and wait

The cashier was extremely rude. She handed the bag and walked off. I had to beep the horn several times just to get someone to come to the window, because I never received my receipt. When someone finally came to the window, I said I needed my receipt. The cashier says “oh it was ripped up and thrown out” within a matter of seconds?? So I told him I still need my receipt. The lady who originally gave my order walked past and said “she only got two hashbrowns”. And gave me a ripped up receipt. Why does it matter what I ordered?? If I purchased something I should get a receipt l!! The level of rudeness and unprofessionalism is astounding and they all need to be fired.

Drive through, made us wait by the door for 20 mins. Went inside, and they had forgotten my order. They also don't give you receipts, so I had to show my credit card transaction. What a waste of time and terrible service. I had to wait in the counter for another 10 mins to complete my order. Plus the wait time to be able to order. Wasted like 50 mins at this dump.

The food and place were all good and clean. My only complaint is the pace of ordering to preperation. Seems like it took forever, was waiting in drivethru to long cars beeping so I left and parked/walked inside. Still slow but I decided to stay and eat inside.

I just left here I was ordered from the drive thru and they got my order right that's not the problem the problem is that it was only 7 pm and they are serving old food i ordered 2 mushroom melts without bacon which they gave me but the sandwich was old and my fries 🍟 were cold like they just came from outside this is ridiculous this is the reason why a lot of restaurants are closing down because of this kind of service people check your food before you leave if you're money is right so should the food 🙃

Tried to order 5 quarter pound beef patties alone. They told me they don’t sell the patties by themselves. Every other Wendy’s I go to sells them. McDonald’s sells them as well. That’s why Wendy’s will always be second to McDonald’s. Will never go again.

Terrible service experience.
When ordering at the drive-thru, we had to repeat our order about five times. I understand that intercom issues can happen, so I didn’t mind at first. However, the staff's attitude during this process was unprofessional. At the window, we had to repeat the order several more times, which I was willing to overlook if it was just a misunderstanding. But despite confirming the order correctly, the supervisor or manager was rude and passive-aggressive throughout the interaction.
To make matters worse, when we finally checked the bag after leaving (since we were short on time), the order was completely wrong. We had ordered three Baconators and a Son of Baconator but received three double hamburgers (no bacon) and a Baconator without a bun (photos attached). Adding to the frustration, we weren’t given a receipt, making it impossible to call or reference the order. I believe I deserve a refund for this horrible service.
