You must be patient when coming to this White Castle. They are understaffed. It's usually a little wait time while they cook your food. Your food is usually hot. Customer service needs some work.

My order was wrong 😕. My chicken was over cooked outside and undone inside. It seems like the oil temperature was too high. The workers meant well but they need more training. Very disappointed with this location. The oil needs yo be changed more often. I paid almost $50.00 and I barely est anything 🙃
