The cashier was so impatient while I was looking at the menu to see what I want she even folded her arms and moved from the register and lend back on the counter behind her I thought it was rude so I hurried up and ordered something real quick.. Beside that it was empty clean but the soda machine needed to be refilled everything was grayed out. Food was fresh and made to order

You must be patient when coming to this White Castle. They are understaffed. It's usually a little wait time while they cook your food. Your food is usually hot. Customer service needs some work.

It's a quick meal, or so it is supposed to be. They sell out of things quickly, and the drive-thru line is long, as well as the wait. The only plus is that you are in your car. I've never had to wait 10 minutes or more for my food in a drive-thru. It is that way consistently, so make sure you don't need your food quickly.
