Great service. My server Bey who was was awesome. She had a great energy and kept a smile the whole time even though I could tell she was busy with bartending. She even made my girlfriend laugh even though she wasn’t having the best day. Thank you Bey!

This was my first visit to this location. I ordered for take out. I paid by gift card and Apple Pay, the server had to take my phone to the back while I was in the front. I didn’t like that. I think they need to work on a payment system where the customer can view the payment being made.
Everything I ordered was pretty good even at home. I’ll be back again.

Had a bad night at this Applebee's in Clark. Food wasn't good, and service was poor. And the place wasn't crowded.

I am writing to report an ongoing issue with an employee named Tylayshiah C at Applebee’s. On multiple occasions, her behavior has been disrespectful and rude. She consistently displays a negative attitude, fails to provide basic customer service, and has thrown bags at customers instead of handing them over properly. Her conduct creates an uncomfortable and unwelcoming environment and gives off very negative energy. This behavior is unprofessional and does not reflect the level of service customers expect. I am requesting that management address this matter immediately to ensure respectful treatment of all customers.

Food was ok. The chicken tasted like fast food chicken...not that good. Service was lacking... I think they were under staffed.

Service was great and attentive, the dining area was clean and orderly (despite most of the restaurant being full), and our food was perfectly cooked and definitely hit the spot! I don't think I've enjoyed leftovers that much in a while...🥳 Thanks again to the staff and looking forward to next time! 🍻🍗🥗

I had an amazing time at Applebee’s! Our server, Delson, was incredibly attentive and on point from start to finish. He checked in at all the right moments, made sure everything was perfect, and really made the experience enjoyable. It’s rare to get service that genuine and consistent. I truly appreciated it and will definitely be coming back. Highly recommend asking for Delson!

Standard Applebees. We got two of the 2 for $25 which came with four entrees and two appetizers. It filled all 5 of us up and only came out to around $64. Both of our sirloins were perfect medium rare and our salads were pretty standard The service was nice and so was our waiter Walter. Overall, great place to share an affordable meal with your family. Highly recommend!

My partner and I had a terrible experience at the Linden Applebee’s not too long ago (there was a dead ladybug in my food) but Matthew here in the Clark Applebee’s location was SUCH AN AMAZING waiter that not only did he redeem our hope in Applebee’s but he definitely made us decide that we will be calling Clark Applebee’s our new spot !! Keep doing you mat you’re a great person!

Man that guy at the outside bar needs to be fired. Not only did he not care to be there but his comments to his coworker were inappropriate and disrespectful. Asking him if he knows all the regulars and weird people and openly stating how he hates some customers. I know it’s hard to find good work but that unacceptable and y’all lost a customer. Plus, he didn’t even check on me, didn’t give me napkins till I was almost done eating and I was the only one in the patio!! Need to teach them a lesson on hospitality. All you have to do is be nice and attentive and you got my money. Never coming back.
