Applebee's Grill + Bar

We waited 20 minutes and nobody came to take our order or even give us water. The restaurant was empty and multiple servers walked by. We walked out.

Be careful eating here I had got food poisoning from them and couldn’t get a refund because I used Apple Pay , they only offered a free meal why would I want a free meal if I’m throwing up and having diarrhea from eating your food.

On 2/2 went to Applebee's and the service was terrible. My table was a mess prior to being seated, everyone there including my waitress seem lazy and like they didn't want to be there. I don't know who to blame Corporate or the manager at this location. Next time I'll go to McDonald's better. The service here STINKS!!

Came in for half apps and drinks. I ordered a coors light and my girlfriend ordered a margarita. The waitress asked to check our IDs, and stared at them for a minute before taking them to the back. She came back around 5 minutes later to tell me that my girlfriend’s ID is fine but that my ID looks fake. She proceeds to tell me she will serve the margarita to my girlfriend but I wouldn’t be served alcohol. From there, she aggressively and arrogantly tells me that I’m lucky to not have my ID confiscated. I’m baffled by her confidence and ask her if she would like to see a picture of my passport as proof. She proceeds to argue and act as if she’s still right. I show her a picture, which the bartender confirms it’s fine to serve me alcohol. The waitress doesn’t apologize for accusing me in such an aggressive and conceited manner and when I state that I’m leaving, she tries to make an excuse to her coworker that my ID looks fake and refuses to admit wrongdoing.

For the 2nd time this week (and the 5th time this year), the packers at their Clark, NJ location do not read the notes on the orders. I click on the "extra" for a particular item and they leave it out. It's clearly printed on the sticker on the container and it's also clearly printed on the receipt on the bag. Not the worst thing in the world in the grand scheme of things, but their employees might want to pay full attention to the orders that they're putting together.

I have been to thousands of restaurants in my lifetime and this is by far my worse experience ever in a restaurant. I ordered my food and after that the Waitress never came back to the table not even once. Someone else brought the Appetizer to the table and after a long wait the Manager brought the Dinner to the table. So I wanted more Soda and she never came back to the table to ask if I needed anything or is everything ok nothing. So after I finished my Dinner I am waiting and wairing she still never came back to the table. I got up and went to the Manager and he acted like an Animal. His name is Kevin. This Clown of a Manager starts yelling at me. Yes the Manager he does not appologize for the God Awful Service but he continuea to yell at me because I told him what kind of service is this. Applebees should be ashamed of themselves that they have an Animal for a Manager this guy has no business being a Customer Facing Employee let alone a Manager. I told him I will never go back there again and he goes so what who cares.. i come from a Restaurant Family and if ever a Manager talked to a customer the way he talked to me he would be fired on the spot. So if you want horrendous service from the Server and Manager this place is for you.

Went to Applebee's with my Veteran partner for dinner on Veterans day ?!
Food was delicious. Serviceb was excellent. Staffers were smiling and courteous. Despite the holiday and free dinner offered to Vets, the wait was minimal and the atmosphere was warm and welcoming!

This is one of the best applebees around Eileen was spectacular very attentive beautiful stunning person marvelous personality all around genuinely good hearted person on top of everything the service was impeccable definitely recommended ??

This is a great place with cool employees! I’ve only had really good times here, it is always a good vibe!

It's Always a great time here on Football Sundays. The outdoor bar area is one of our favs, with heaters and the fire pit to warm up during the games. Best of all is the staff! Always attentive and friendly, and accommodating for my team (Washington), servers, and bartenders like Brya and Lucas and other staff are Awesome! Local spot for us for years now, and we will be returning!

Our waiter Dimitri was beyond fabulous. He was efficient, kind and totally added to our experience. We are 5 who need for lunch and he totally got our attitude and was just the best. Oh, and the food was great!!!
