10/10 Told me to “please wait” while I was at the order screen, three times. After waiting 10 minutes I just drove off. Nobody in that line moved the entire time. Would recommend for anyone looking to waste a lunch break.

The restaurant is fine. However, the parking lot is small, and the exit forces drivers to leave in one direction, despite the road being a two-way street. People have to find U-turn options down the very busy street.Parking: See previous comments about the parking lot exit way.

The wonderful lady who took care of my mobile order tonight was just the best. She gave my dog in the car a few unsalted fries (which was really the next step to know pets should have less salt) while we waited for the drink machine to be refilled. She was helpful and kind, and the entire order was correct. Burger King in Clark is always the best service of all of them in the state.

I feel like I got an argue every time with the manager, or whoever is at the service window. I don’t usually pay with coupons, but was offered some by a coworker and the time I use them, I come to this place I tell the lady that I’m using a coupon and she’s like OK OK then I come to the drive-through with the coupon and she’s like oh you have a coupon gives me a hard time and complains the whole time then gives me a speech telling her that I need to give her the numbers when she didn’t ask for them. I don’t understand what’s so hard about communication I get that maybe this lady is from a different country but if you’re going to work in customer service, at least be respectful and this lady thinks she knows everything.Horrible experience and never had bad experience in burger king before.

I went through the drive through yesterday and as I was trying to place my order the manager that was taking my order was extremely rude and impatient. I couldn’t believe how I was being spoken to. As I approached the window to speak with him and tell him how much I didn’t appreciate the rudeness and asked him to please cancel my order he then told me to have a good day and flipped me off. I honestly couldn’t believe I was treated this way at this location. I will never visit them again. I really hope they get rid of there management here because I was in total shock today! FYI I was the 1 and only customer there at the time.

Literally the worst Burger King ever. What even is this place. I went there today wanting to buy 2 burgers and the guy who looks like he should have retired already kept repeating that I couldn’t order more than one burger. I still don’t understand what just happened. So I left with only a $3 burger because he didn’t let me order more. Can someone take care of this place? He just ruined my night snack.
