First time at BurgerIM for our family. We will be back! We all have pretty different tastes, so it was great to realize the variety of options they have outside of a standard beef burger. We did a family pack which was perfect for the meat/ chicken lovers in our home. Got a falafel burger (for the non-meat family member) too.... which was outstanding. The food was hot, fresh and just awesome. Highly recommend it and the service was top notch. The onion rings are completely epic too.

Meh. Burger was fine - wasn't much different than most other sorta-fast food places (overcooked and salty) but the toppings were fresh. Fries are actually potato "coins" and were pretty good. Shake was a little icy for my taste. But all in all, an okay meal.

This is the first time I order from BurgerIM and it definitely will not be my last ! I order the family box. It comes with 8 burgers, fries, wings and onion rings ! Everything was delicious and fresh ! They even have Keto & Gluten Free options. I am looking forward to trying all of their 7 burgers ! 2 down, 5 more to go !

I wanted to try their falafel sandwich so I took the trip over. They are located in a mini plaza with other food places. It was empty when I walked in and they were following the 6 feet protocol. I ordered my food, payed and got my food for takeout. There was nothing spectacular about the service here. I ate when I got home and the sandwich was ok. Would I go back? Not too sure.

Ordered a Duo with fries. I love their fries. Nicholas and Katina were extremely helpful during my first experience. They were courteous, knowledgeable and kind. Really went out if their way and made sure my order was perfect. There are a lot of burger joints but great staff and cleanliness are top reasons for me to return and this place has both. Love the food! Not all burgerims are the same but this one is top notch! We stopped while we were on our way to Boston and the food here was fresh and the service was outstanding! Kudos to the owner and staff!

Ordered BurgerIM for todays corporate meeting. Catering was not only on time, but presentation was well done. Professional staff, easy to work with them and made my experience extremely easy. These guys are the best. All attendees at the meeting enjoyed lunch. This will be my go to place for future catering service. Thank god I finally found a place with professional service and delicious food! You guys are Awesome!

I ordered a sandwich and fries through door dash. The avocado on my sandwich was a almost completely black!!! With restaurant background, I would never serve or give someone a takeout ingredient that clearly does not look fresh. Also I ordered the “duo” side (which was almost five dollars) which was onion rings and sweet potato fries combo . It had two small onion rings and like ten fries. I’m so disappointed.
