Chili's always guarantees a good meal. The Clark location is a bit complicated to get to with the strange roadways that seem designed for a much smaller town and traffic that the location gets, but once inside, its well worth it. Great, friendly service and the great menu the franchise is known for.

Count your days bro, I got a triple dipper & they forgot the ranch after asking for ranch. Dawg it usually comes with ranch anyways & I asked another time for ranch. I love sauce so much, I didnât have any ranch though. I came in yesterday night & itâs my bday today. Imagine itâs bout to be your birthday & they forgot to give you ranch.

Ordered a salad from Chili and when it was delivered it was absolutely horrifying!!! The lettuce was wilted, brown with very strange yellow substance on it. The tomatoes were warm and soft. The cheese was melted. I was completely disgusted. I called a spoke to the manager Carlos who actually did not help the situation. If you are going to train your staff, train them to understand that customer's are at their mercy in receiving what is prepared. Handling food is a very serious job. All it takes is one bad salad to cause illness. Im very disappointed !!! Management does need a surprise visit from upper management!!!

Amazing experience at this Chillis , everything very fresh and full of flavor, loaded potato soup is 10/10 and we tried the new crispy chicken guacamole bacon sandwich, overall great experience.
This was my 1st time visiting this location, I came for the viral 3 for 3. I ordered the Nashville hot chicken crispers, Nashville hot mozzarella sticks and Buffalo Bone-in wings. Pros: Convenient location, Very nice cashiers & Swift service *Pickup*. Cons: All 3 were very disappointing & definitely not at all worth the hype. Unless you like cold, greasy, ridiculously salty, flavorless food that will undoubtedly increase chances of high blood pressure, my suggestion is save your money. Please do better Chili's.

I always go to this chilis and never really have any issues. One time at the end of my meal the server never came back to give us boxes as he expected us to pay on the little tablet and leave. This time around I came on an off night but the staff was super apologetic. It was super busy and their system crashed. We received our drinks and appetizers in a timely manner but the system had crashed this day which meant our meals never went through. Good thing I wasnât in a rush but all the food came out fresh once we finally got it. Certainly not the best managed chilis but it is big and empty most of the time
