SERVICE WAS AWFUL!!!! the waiter took off food from my plate which is super unsanitary. so disappointed i had a chilis experience like this. never in my life did i experience something like this. the waiter that we had was rushing and not listening and kept messing up my order.

Customer service sucks and you can’t order what you can normally order from other chilli restaurants. If all Chili’s bar and grills offer for customers to order wing flats why can’t we order it here ? Manager came up to me saying it was there policy. Also margaritas do not taste the same as the other locations. I came here for the frozen margaritas and wings because it’s one of my favorite, not sure what’s going on in this restaurant but it’s definitely not same as the other locations I been to. The server told me he was only gonna charge me just for the soda that was $4 then he charged me for my margarita as well after he had the manager talk to me after I told him the margarita didn’t taste good! Unacceptable I’m very disappointed and Definitely will not be coming back and I will let others knows as well.

we did take out and I ordered the margarita chicken. The chicken was literally like a piece of rubber. Could hardly cut through it And not edible. A waste of $16. Despite being a chain restaurant,I expect better food quality from this company.

Went on Dec 23rd for dinner and drinks. Dining was busy so sat at the bar which was not too busy and wasn’t acknowledged, served, or given menus for over 20 mins. Ended up leaving and going somewhere else.

I had cold soup, an absolutely horrible hamburger, and the worst chicken wings I ever had in my life. I will never set foot in there again if you want a much better meal? Go across the street to Tarantellas. Chili’s is horrible

never come to this location but i went in pretty late with a coworker. our server johnathan was super friendly, comedic and attentive as well as he was very patient despite that we were the last people in his section. food was as good as it gets, will be coming back
