First time coming to this location and have to say it was a horrible experience. I had a hair appointment near by @11am and decided to come when they opened as I had a long day ahead. They seemed annoyed that there was customers as soon as they opened. A lady at the back said in spanish “people don’t even let us open” . If you have a problem with people coming in as soon as they open, easy, leave the door locked so no one can come in. Also, a different person serving my mobile order gave me really cold food & without utensils smh. If you hate your job, QUIT. Stop passing your misery to customers.

The food was tolerable however the dining room looked atrocious. When ordering the food the line was dirty and had food all along the top of the table. The garbage was spilling over, no tables were cleaned, and food/trash was on the floor. When attempting to eat inside there were no napkins and the ice machine had no ice. An overall poor experience.
service was disgusting, came at 10:45 to be treated awfully, me and all my friends went in to get chipotle and she said “we all hopped out the same clown car” and was not trying to serve us. So disrespectful.

Went to pick up order & waited patiently because employee was preparing an order & she said to me don’t just stand there, how rude, tell me your name. Asked her for her name she wouldn’t give it to me & was not wearing a name tag. I told her I was waiting because I thought there was another person that would give out orders. She should have said “ can I help you “ when she saw me. My family be trying the new place District Taco down the street next time.
