When you walk up and the line is back to the doors and wrapped around the front, busy is normal… but if you have 1 kid on the line moving purposely slow as hell, while the other workers laugh and giggle… a real manager needs to take a hold of the day shift and hold workers accountable to run business proper.. its sad, especially when you look around and the place is filthy… went next store to panda express… great mean fast service… this chipotle needs to get it together

Ice machine is never working and cashier doesn’t tell you until you’ve paid for your fountain soda — just what I wanted, warm soda. This has happened numerous times. The seating area is always dirty. Clearly management is not existent at this location.

Staff was friendly but when I got home and opened the bowl, the portion size was so disappointing. I regularly go to chipotle and this one specifically and never have received such a small portion. So disappointed.
