The girl with the red apron is very very rude and gives very minimal servings. i asked for extra rice and she was already on the beans and rolled her eyes and threw more rice on there. she didn’t say one word to me and didn’t even greet me as i ordered. she shouldn’t be working with customers! never come back here!
I absolutely dread coming to this location. I understand it’s just Chipotle and not a fancy restaurant but the sense of urgency is non existent. The staff doesn’t seem to care that a huge line is forming. Obviously it’s a fast food chain, it’s going to get busy but there is no reason why after I place a pick up order i’m notified that it’s ready and i’m left waiting an hour in store as if they couldn’t have simply delayed the order and saved me the hassle. A staff member had the nerve to say, “are all these people here for chicken? They need to sit down!” In a sassy tone, As if to imply that we’re about to wait a long while. Like our time isn’t of value. I recommend people choose the Westfield location, just make the extra drive. NEVER AGAIN!

I was picking up food that I order I went to the pick up location to see if my order was ready, I touched one of the bags and I was greeted with a scream from a lady that worked here she asked me my name and literally screamed again “your order is not ready” extremely rude, it’s not like I’m picking up charity food that this black lady with glasses bought for me
