Good food coupled with rude, antagonistic unprofessional "team members" whose harassing behavior is supported by management. As a customer you are guilty and need to prove yourself innocent if an isssue arises with team members. No wonder the team members continue their unacceptable behaviors. The food isn't fresh, it tastes like frozen food heated in a microwave. The service wasn't good either. My stepmother ordered a salad and didn't realize it came with 1000 island dressing. She said something about it and they guy blew up. My father told him it was ok and he'd eat it and the guy just kept yelling. It was embarrassing.
