Burger cooked on point for both my wife and myself with a nice char flavour. Bacon and cheddar complimented well, excellent oreo shake with the right mix of cookie and creaminess. Garlic frites were potent, delicious, parmesan was a nice touch. Prices were premium, but so was the food so the value is there.

Whole Foods is your place to shop. Top quality Produce, Meats and Fish. A lot of Organic if your into that. Since Covid they have scaled down their self serve bars but you can get sandwiches, hot foods and pizza made to order. Baked goods top notch!

I placed an order online and I got the confirmation email and realized that I accidentally placed it as a pick up order instead of delivery. I took two minutes to try to find a cancel or update order button in the email confirmation or on the website, which there was none. So I immediately called the store and asked them if I could either cancel it and place a new order for delivery or change it to delivery and have them add the delivery fee onto the credit card. The girl on the phone insisted that I could do it on the website and that there was nothing she could do. I spent 4 minutes on hold after which she came back on and confirmed my name. She then said that she wasn’t going to cancel it because they already cooked the food. I said there’s no way in hell that they cooked that food in two minutes. She said that she wouldn’t cancel it because the patties were already on the grill and that there’s a lot of other orders coming in and that they were busy. I said cancel the order you can use those patties for another order if you have so many orders coming in. Then they charged my credit card. I have no way of picking up the food because I wanted to order it for delivery to begin with so now I’ve been charged for food that I never got. This is absurd. If it was cheap I wouldn’t care. And I go there all the time which makes this really even more annoying.

Any time I’m craving a burger, Clark Burger (York road location) is always my first choice. The fries also come in pretty decent portions and I’ve heard great things about their boozy shakes. Never had a bad experience and the employees are always masked at the pick up window.

I am a die hard Whole Foods fan. I love their 365 brand and various brands/ items you will not find at other places. Personal sized raspberry mousse cake is amazing. Their muffins & bagels are awesome. Everything at Whole Foods is awesome.

ate at the fells point location...the poutine was god awful. food came out suspiciously fast and when i tasted the microwaved gravy and cold cheese curds i was almost sick. i was almost able to get through the terrible burger i was served but it was so sloppily thrown together and falling apart i gave up...2/10 would not recommend eating here

DO NOT EAT HERE. Now they refuse to put lettuce and tomato on the kids burger. On top of that they didnt tell me that until after i paid and waited for the food. The manager was terrible. The menu has been changjng, the burgers are smaller and there are less options. This used to be my favorite burger place but i will never eat here again.
The customer service is excellent at both locations. I tried the bahn mi and wake and bacon at both locations on separate days. The sandwiches were to die for at the harbor east locatio. The cilantro on the bahn mi was clear and present and the yolk on the wake and bacon was perfectly medium. However, when I got these same sandwiches at the Belvedere location, I could barely taste any cilantro and the burger was laden with spicy mayo. I asked for a runny yolk and the egg was fried hard. Very disappointing but I will be returning for more delicious items!

Go before 9pm because the food will be subpar. Ordered the classic and garlic parm fries to go and I swear it was done in like 7 minutes. Something told me to check the order but I didn't. I live less than 2 minutes from the place and when I got home and opened the fries....................talk about disappointment! The fries were not even lukewarm and in a big block. The burger was room temp but I still ate it because I was hungry. I had about 8 fries and threw the rest in the trash.

Expensive, and not always worth the extra money. Good quality food, but generally overpriced. Their big thing is Organic foods, but Trader Joe's sells a lot of Organic stuff also, at more reasonable prices. Then again, they are in a mall, so their rents are sky-high...understandable why they have to sell for much more than competitors.
