The line is long They really need to open two registers My order was placed, and I was asked multiple times what my order contained. The staff didn't have the greatest attention for the customers. More staff needed to be present in all areas. At times, the register was unattended. There was a message I wanted placed in the box for my son's birthday. No message was there. I hope staff gets more training on how to keep up with the demands of the products. The staff had a real good time. Unfortunately, it was very childish to view as a customer.

Super busy on a Tuesday night. It was my first time inside and it was very confusing as to where to go and how to order- no one greeted us or anything which is a little odd. We figured it out and enjoyed our cookies. There was a pretty long wait
If I didn’t already order, I would have left. Place is filthy. Food all over floor, counters gross everything a mess, with utensils on foot. workers all with attitude. Went a couple years ago and found hair, 5 years later gave another try and won’t happen again. DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY!

Really bad experience, i came to the store for a pick up order , one nobody greeted me , waited 5 min n ask one of the guys if my order was ready he said no , waited another 30 minutes askd again for the guy to tell me they didn’t have the cookies ready to wait , literally waited another hour in half came back and no cookies now the wait was 4 hours because they didn’t have anything ready 🤦♀️ horrible customer service nasty attitudes ,why couldn’t they tell me that , instead of having me waste my time almost 2 hours for nothing and now i have to wait 3-4 days for A refund . Never coming to this place
