Staff is rude and cookies were not as pictured. I had to check the box myself before leaving. They also argues with me and did nothing to resolve. $30+ for a six pack, certainly not worth to the price.

I give this place a negative rating if there was negative star I would give this place a negative star the cookies were not cookies, They were actually a toast. Terrible taste. I have never had a Crumbl cookie from other places like this. The ones I have had you break a little piece you put it in your mouth and it melts. This one is a solid toast not good at all. I would not recommend anyone to go here.
maybe its just me, but crumbl cookies are overly hyped and overly sweet. one bite is probably enough sugar content for a whole week and i get a headache just thinking about the frosting on any of the cookies and how much sugar could be in there. saying this as a baker myself, making cookies usually takes a little of sugar just for a hint of sweetness, and yet you can REALLY taste the sugar in these cookies. thats scary.
