I came in everyone was literally standing and talking . Very weird. I went to my car and took a piece of the cookie and it was disgusting . There was a Dark brown hair girl who took my order said because i left the store with it i couldn’t get a refund .. A joke..

Cookies were absolutely delicious. You can actually watch the baking process because everything is open. This place is surrounded by several stores such as whole foods, five below, party city, shoprite, pets martial, applebees and more.Parking: Huge lot

i visited this crumbl location for the first time earlier today and it was such a disappointment. i had placed the order fine on the app, but once i got inside of the store it was chaos. multiple customers were waiting in line waiting to get their order taken, while there’s about 6 workers all ignoring them. my name was called out for my cookies, the girl who gave them to me was extremely rude. she didn’t even smile, she had such a nasty look on her face, it left a bad taste in my mouth. she opened the box and said “they good”? speaking from someone who works in customer service, i would never even think to say that to a customer. i can deal with all of that but once i asked to see the box of cookies again she rushed and closed the box. once i got back to my car i examined the box again and 2 out of my 4 cookies were in bad condition. my lucky charms cookie, which is advertised with multiple cereal pieces on top of the cookie, mine only had 3. it didn’t even cover the entire cookie like it was suppose to. then my mint brownie cookie looked extremely rough and beat up. i love crumbl and am a regular at the north brunswick location and i never have an issue with them. i’m extremely disappointed and will not be returning to this location.

Horrible customer service, rude employee. Slammed my box on counter and proceeded to treat us like a pet, she used the phrase “you c’mere”. Overall, the cookies weren’t that bad but could use improvement.
I love a good Crumbl cookie, but the young girl with dark hair working when I went was more concerned with being sarcastic to me and my friends rather than provide good service. She even went as far as to insult us in some weird attempt at humor? One of my friends has a severe nut allergy, so when we asked, not only was she uninformed she was going to let him purchase a cookie that did in fact have nuts in it. It was a really bizarre and uncomfortable experience so we will not be patronizing this location anymore.

This crumbl is always always always late with orders no matter how early you order. I arrived and they didn't even have the cookies I ordered and paid for. What a JOKE of a place. Never coming back here again. Don't waste your time people. Better off buying premade nestle tollhouse cookie dough and popping them in the oven.

Pleasant environment. Very clean and organize. The team are always so nice and helpful when helping us with our order.
I arrived one hour before closing. Sadly, I was greeted with a huge sigh from the young girl with black hair. I’m assuming she doesn’t want customers to come in so she can sit back and do nothing. I asked if they’re peanuts in any of the cookies she said no. Luckily I checked the app and noticed the circus cookie I wanted, did in fact have nuts in it. I didn’t make a big deal out of it but she had a terrible attitude the entire time. I’m a fan of Crumbl, but this Clark location should reevaluate who they hire.
