Hot coffee! Hot food! I went and there was initially a pretty long line of cars, but it only took about two or three minutes to clear the line, get my hot coffee and hot SEC croissant and be on my way. Excellent efficiency and great customer service.

I absolutely love this place. I come here every once in awhile with a friend and we would order our favorite dishes. I don't know what my favorite donut is but I got to say I love the chocolate glaze donut, the chocolate frosted, vanilla frosted and I love the Boston cream pie donut with chocolate frosting on top. Also, my favorite drink is the hot chocolate. 10 out of 10 would highly recommend.

This Dunkin has the most employees I've ever seen but somehow they are unbelievably SLOW. I've seen 10 employees working behind the counter but it is very unorganized. There is never a dedicated cashier/ order taker. They will literally take an order and turn away to go make your order, then work on a mobile order or kiosk order and leave the people In Line waiting, And waiting. With that many people behind the counter someone should be dedicated to taking orders. It's like they want you to just use the single self serve kiosk, but when you use that they screw up your order and you don't get a receipt from it to show them what you are waiting for.

It's one thing to take 10 minutes to complete an order when there's only two cars in front of me at 6am in the morning, but it is a whole other level of poor customer service to get to the front of the line and have the order be wrong. I can understand moving slowly to be careful and accurate, but being slow and still incompetent is not acceptable. Also my order was 1 item; not a long list of items prone to error.

French Vanilla

Great donuts nice and fresh. I like this Dunkin donuts thr best in the Clark, Rahway area. They always have the donuts I like available, when other places usually run out. The only small issue I have is, I am never greeted when I come in the store. I usually have to let them know I'm ready to order, or I have to try to get someone's attention and they never really say hi. It doesn't bother me that much because I know they usually have fresh donuts but it's always more welcoming when youre greeted.
