I recently visited Jersey Mike's and opted for a bowl, adding extra meat and extra mushrooms to make it a filling meal. Unfortunately, I was very disappointed with the portion size.
Despite paying extra for both the meat and mushrooms, the amount I received was shockingly small. The extra meat was barely visible, and the mushrooms were so minimal that they hardly made an impact on the dish. It felt like I was still getting the standard bowl size instead of the hearty meal I had hoped for after paying more.
Overall, I left feeling unsatisfied and frustrated. For the price I paid, I expected a much more generous portion. It's hard to justify spending extra when it doesn't deliver any real value. I won’t be returning for a bowl anytime soon, as it simply wasn’t worth it!

My wife went into the store and gets subs as she always does and the staff gave her a hard time for asking for shredded ham. They also charged her more for absolutely no reason. What kind of sub shop has an issue with preference. In addition what kind of sub shop charges $20 for a ham and lettuce sub? We’re done going to this shop and I’m never going back. Horrible service and crappy pricing.

I made an order online for delivery and I promise this was the absolute worst sandwich I’ve ever had. With this place you have to into the store and watch them make it. NEVER order online because they’ll do whatever the hell they way. Each time I go into the store, no issue. Order online, it’s a disaster smh unbelievable.

The manager who worked there today 9/29/24, Sunday afternoon was putting people sandwiches together without gloves while all the workers had on gloves that was very unsanitary. My chicken Philly barely had meat on it. This place was very disappointing today.

Order there weekly. If you order on line good luck. Always mess up so I go in the store. Lately the meat is paper thin and they give just enough to cover bread. I had to complain last night and was given a few more slices. It was embarrassing but I had to. They charge enough you should get a fair sandwich.
