Not pleasant at all. I walked into the store no one said hello! how can I help you!?! The guy with the lashes and bun walked in the back returned (after about 2-3 mins of me standing and waiting) to the front and asked “oh you ready” in which i was ready when I walked into the store and he walked in the back! my drink was made placed on the corner and slide to me! umm….. I’m not going to pull the race card, however customer service is definitely not their Forte.. Retraining is a must! Maybe they hate working on Sundays!

I get the same exact thing every time, so smoothies can be hit or miss depending who’s working I guess. but whoever worked on September 9th, 2024 around 8pm, may you get a raise and have everything you want in life. I wish whoever worked that evening could always work bc that was the best smoothie I’ve had ever at this location. I would literally give my first born child up to have that smoothie again 😔 still thinking about it

I ordered an acai bowl with just strawberry’s which they got right and then i said “pineapple mango” and pointed to the refresher with the big title that “pineapple mango”, which is $4 around and my total is $22 which i think is a lot but i pay and just get a reciept and i see that i got charged $7.69 for “island impact” and tell them i wanted the refresher nicely, then a girl with freckles which i guess is the manager working today comes over and helps me NICELY with the refund and i pay and expect my bowl to look normal, the original cashier literally gave me an attitude for no reason when i was being nice because i know how it is working in customer service but i literally was being nice and they gave me a bowl 1/4 the way full?? i put a photo comparison of the amount of just ACAI of mine vs my friend and she got topping a which makes it look bigger but still the amount of literally JUST acai is insane like okay be disrespectful

I've been coming here for a bit now and I can say that this is probably one of the busiest Smoothie Kings I've been in. That being said, they are always well staffed when I'm getting my smoothie fix.
Great energy and I love the cleanliness behind the counter (bathroom *always* smells nice here as a bonus!)
The staff always says hello, and I'm always finding myself coming to this location because I have yet to get a wrong order here. I also love the drive though when I'm in a rush or on the phone, because the staff always helps me out ?
Vegetarian options: Every smoothie on their menu can be made vegan or vegetarian by substituting the ingredients. They also have dedicated vegetarian and vegan smoothies.
Dietary restrictions: Every option under the sun, as well as allergy free blender bowls for patrons with allergies to specific ingredients so they can lessen the chance of cross-contamination.
Parking: Large parking lot and drive through
Kid-friendliness: Multiple kid/child aimed smoothies, and pup cups!

Smoothie King is a legend!! They have great smoothies, protein bars with a variety of snack flavors like Oreos, fruity pebbles, etc.They have also done a collaboration with Dude Perfect, a Christian comedy channel on YouTube with 60 million subscribers, there basically Mr beast and shark tank combined. Any way, because of this collaboration, they have made their own smoothie, it also comes with a QR code that allows you to win a chance of ten thousand dollars! Sadly me and my mom didn’t get it, but the smoothie was worth it!I hope this reaches out to smoothie lovers and other people looking for a good shake or smoothie, and as for Smoothie King, stay safe and always remember, You Can’t Be Great Without Putting In The Work!

Long time customer here since 2017. The quality of their smoothies is very hit or miss lately depending on who is working the blender that day. I always order a large smoothie, and more and more frequently I'm being handed something that tastes like they made me a small and just corrected the volume by blending in extra crushed ice; very lumpy, diluted, and disappointing. It seems this problem never occurs on weekends, so I will probably still continue going but exclusively on weekends.
Very disappointed. My acaii bowl was like soup. Waited a while for it and was told it takes a long time to make. I know the estimated time it takes to make. It shouldn’t be soup when I receive it.

IF i can leave zero stars I would. Never in my life have I ever went in to an establishment and been completely IGNORED. I went into this place today for a doordash order and usually someone would say hello or ask can i help you, this did not happpen. I patiently waited until the family in front finished and not once did anyone look at me, ask me if i needed help or say hello. Now I won't say its racial because the family in front of me was same as i as, but i will say it was rude and i felt very disrespectful.the sads thing is i was going to bring my daughters and we were going to get smoothies but now i will find a different place to go. they will not get my money.
