I just sent in the drive-through for eight minutes beeping and saying hello hello hello. I want to drive around and find the cashier destiny. Has her headphones off and talking to friends in the store. Not sure what Brady's gonna do, but that was totally uncalled for and she had her mic turned off, and she was not doing her job and socializing. So I drove away. I'm never gonna give them my business again.

Most of the time at fast food restaurants they don’t tend to take longer than 10 minutes to take your order while they have only ONE car at the window. Kids that work there seem to take their sweet old time in doing everything: taking your order, taking your payment, preparing and handing you your food… by the time you leave that drive thru you’ve spent 10-15 min at what’s supposed to be fast service. Now when I pulled up to the window I saw more than 2 employees working, probably about 4 employees and none of them working efficiently. When it comes to customer service it is very dry, they answer “what can I get for you” “pull around” and often don’t even give you a smile…. Definitely need some training in customer service and working in a fast paced environment. The drive through is always backed up and wrapped around the building and sometimes the street. The speaker at the drive through doesn’t work too well. It is kind of disappointing that I don’t want to go to my nearest Dunkin' to get a breakfast before work because I know the service will not be good.

I tried to get a caramel macchiato today 3 times and they gave me the wrong order. The coffee was very white and had a strange taste. The attendant was probably new and no one helped him.

I came in here this afternoon. Waited at the counter for several minutes. Lady came by to get some donuts and she saw me and she avoided eye contact and kept working. Not a hi or I’ll be right with you, just avoided me. Waited a few more minutes. And nothing. So I left. There’s a Dunkin on every corner, won’t be stopping here in the future.

When I tried to a Frappuccino and the manager told me that Starbucks has that but i did look at the menu and they do sell them in general but the manager gave me a hard time and a really bad attitude about it and because of that I’m never going back to Dunkin’ Donuts in Clayton ever again after I got a negative attitude of a response I got from the manager there I do love the food there but that manager was very rude and disrespectful towards me and my staff. I hope that the owner sees this and takes action to the manager who works there in Clayton. Please and thank you!

My favorite Dunkin! I never have to ask the to stir my drink. Always polite. Only thing is the location is to small spaced and that's not only my favorite Dunkin, it's everyone's so that place be packed certain times. Drive thru be in the street. I don't care. I'll wait.

I hate the heart shaped donuts. Just give me a regular Boston creme. I feel like the heart shaped donuts are less donut than the regular donuts. I don't have any hard data to back it up but it's what my eyes perceive. I never feel like it's a good deal. Other than that place was nice. Better than average coffee.
